4.5/5 almost perfect! Clean, comfy, fully equipped, great location and room for everyone. It was a great stay and we would stay again! 18 mins to Disney, 5 mins to Walmart and Sam’s. Beds good, plenty of linens and the kitchen had most everything. No dish soap or extra trash bags so make sure you bring them. Coffee pot could be replaced. Only reason it gets less than 5 was aesthetics/cosmetic. Paint and wood work in bathrooms could use rework. Loved the resort, we hung out at the little bar at the pool. Neither pool was heated which was a little disappointing (stayed in Nov).Great customer service and communication.

Perfect getaway

This townhouse was perfect for our family. We had more than enough space and the kids especially loved the private pool. Everyone that we spoke to at the gate and signing in were very friendly and answered any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderfully layed out home with pool for our family of 5. Great to take a swim after a long day at the park. Wish it was located closer to parks and there were more restaurants etc closer.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty big enough for our family. It is just a short walk to the club house, resort pool, and lake. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and walking the trail around the lake. Great location. Would go back!

Nice Getaway

My family had to come to town for a wedding. This place was very nice, we didn't have a chance to use all the amenities, but will visit again when I have a chance. The house was spacious and was able to accommodate my family.

Nice place to stay and safe

It was nice place to stay with a family of 7, gated community, security guard all the time, we stay there 2 weeks and location was great to all places we went , only thing we don’t like was the low lights, could use some lights or brighter ones, communication with the owner was great also, she reply every time we asked something.

Nice property but outdated

Nice property and very well equipped but in need of modernizing. Few lights needing replaced, pool light not working, pool heating not on thermostat so was like a hot tub sadly, old decor. Pool only had 1 lounger which wasn't great for a family. Upstairs bathroom unfortunately broke during our stay resulting in a leak which caused the dining area ceiling to collapse. Resort is great although the road up to US192 was always very busy.Communication from the owner was good and she was quick to refund the nights we couldn't use.

Property is exactly as described in the listing. Had a couple questions for their owner and she responded immediately. I would highly recommend this location to other renters.

Too many concerns for the we paid

Dishwasher didnt work. Owner said someone was coming to fix it, never did. 3 out of 4 burners in the stove, were so dirty when we cooked, the house smoked up. Every toliet stopped up every time it flushed. Even just flushing water to see if it would go down.
