Functional & Spotless Apartment in Prime Miami Location

The apartment offers a functional and very clean setup. Everything is newly renovated and in excellent condition. The quiet location in one of Miami's top neighborhoods was especially pleasant, along with the convenience of a dedicated parking space and in-unit washer and dryer. It's an ideal choice for anyone seeking a practical, well-maintained accommodation. I would definitely recommend it!

Mold and Mildew Everywhere

Short version: Mold all over shower, mildew smell from AC, no screens on windows to air out the placeLonger version: Upon arrival the place initially seemed cute and like the photos at first glance, but it smelled. I arrived late at night, so I just went straight to sleep, shrugging off the dog hair that was all over the bedroom comforter.The next morning, I found mold/mildew ALL OVER the shower curtain. The host replaced the curtain, apologized for the rest of the “mess” in the place (I assume he was referring to the dog hair on the bed, the smell, and the human hair left in the microwave), and blamed his housekeeper and the prior guests. He replaced the curtain, but mold remained on the shower grout. The other guest has an allergy, so this was not going to work. I purchased cleaner and cleaned it the best I could, but when trying to air out the place of cleaner fumes I discovered that none of the windows have screens except a tiny bathroom window. Okay, fine, we’ll turn on the AC. This made the place smell even worse of mildew. Given the smell, I looked in the AC and found black stuff all over the inside of the AC. This was enough for us. We left that night and had to purchase another hotel. The host refused to refund us, even for the portion we didn’t stay for, and as a bonus he suddenly turned nasty in the texts. I wish we hadn’t stayed here.

Great place for a couple.

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Ideal for a couple to stay. Very well kept neighborhood. The host answers in a timely manner. The only problem we encountered was for some reason the GPS takes you to a different address but that was not the fault of the host or Lyft driver. It’s weird sort of like it’s two properties with the same address but the pic of this property is exactly whatYou see in person. I would definitely stay here again!

Miami Fun

The property is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood and short drive into downtown and the beach. Vin kept us informed about work on the power lines in the neighborhood and was responsive to our texts.

it was very clean and in a good area, close to a lot of places, easy area for doordash. The property manager was very helpful if we had any questions and was lenient on letting us have a later checkout time since our flight out was later.

Hurricane evacuation stay

Vin was so easy to communicate with and very flexible since this was a last minute booking for my sister in law, for her to get out of St. Petersbug during a hurricane. I didn't stay, but my sister in law said the place was great! Vin stayed up late to make sure my sister had everything she needed.

good location in Miami

a cute little apartment in Miami. I stayed here for 5 ish weeks and it was a good experience. There is a pool but it is not available for use. Laundry available. AC and de- humidifier were small for the unit. Parking was good and neighborhood felt safe.

Clean and Close to Everything

We stayed with Vin for a month. This is a cozy apartment in a very clean and safe neighborhood. Cold A/C, Hot water for showers, memory foam mattress and Roku TV. Small but full kitchen and laundry room too! We were walking distance to dozens of restaurants, from fine dining to Papa Johns to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Publix, CVS, and Office depot less than a mile away. Most importantly, your host, Vin, will respond personally should you have any questions or concerns.

Small digs in an attractive & seemingly safe neighborhood.

Unit appears to be a converted garage. Kitchen needs to be re-thought. Some basic essentials aren't provided - cutting board, two burners out of four don't work, some lids missing. More a one-person unit. Somewhat of a mildewy odor especially in bathroom. Parking is fine and adjacent to the entry. Neighborhood is nice; walking distance to Publix, CVS, several good restaurants, fitness centers.

My husband and I spent four nights at the property. The apartment was, for most part ,as described. It was neat and tidy with adequate parking. It was also close to dining and shopping areas in a pleasant neighbourhood. Due to our busy schedule we were however only albe to meet the host briefly on one occasion. He did however respond promptly to our queries and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with Vin, albeit only for a short occasion. Overall I gave this apartment four stars. The door to the washroom/ bathroom is broken and was a bit dufficult to close and had to be lifted and pulled to close. There was no laundry area that we could identify. A small stool would also be a welcome addition to the bedroom. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying here again.

Family reunion

When we arrived at the property, Vin greeted us with open arms. The property was very nice, convenient to all major Thorofare’s, adding a very nice clean neighborhood. After Vin introduced himself, he explained to us the procedure to get into the property and he made it very easy. Which was greatly appreciated because this is the first time we ever rented an accommodation through Verbo. Our accommodation was very clean, very spacious and to all major thoroughfares. Vin is an excellent host because he made us feel like home. We will definitely be back. Thank you Vin.

Quick visit to see new granddaughter

We needed a place to stay close to our new granddaughter’s house and this location certainly met our needs. We were looking for a reasonable location, without any unnecessary frills. The property was clean & comfortable, and the owner, Vin, was accessible and responsive to the couple minor issues we encountered. We would certainly consider staying here again on future visits.

Hot Miami Property

We stayed at a beautifully cultivated home away from home, very close to the University of Miami and 10 minutes away from the famed Calle Ocho/Little Miami, Florida. The property has a cozy kitchen, medium living room and a good size bedroom. If you choice to work on your laptop there’s WiFi and should you want to relax there’s a huge TV with all the latest steaming services. We misplaced our cat at the property and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our messages. We found the kitty, he was hiding in a closet. So it’s pet friendly location. You’ll enjoy this great home away from home. It was clean, nice and well priced in a hot location.
