Casa Bella is nestled in the charming community of Crystal Beach in Destin, FL. With its pastel-colored beach cottages and quaint white picket fences, Crystal Beach is truly a picturesque area and one of the most desirable locations on the Emerald Coast.


Just a short stroll away, you'll find multiple public beach access points and some of the best seafood restaurants in town. Our house is centrally located within the community, with the pool just steps away. We have TWO designated Beachwalks, one to the east
and one to the west of the house, offering convenient shortcuts to multiple beach accesses within a 3-5 minute walk. The community pool, exclusively accessible through a code, is private to the small circle of guests and residents on Clipper Cove. Even during busy seasons, our pool remains tranquil and uncrowded due to the limited number of cottages in the vicinity.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire property aside from the storage shed out back. Guests will also have coded access to a community pool that is private to guests and residents of our tiny little circle (Clipper Cove). Two public beachwalks cut through the circle of houses creating a shortcut pathway to the beach.

We are quick to respond to guest inquiries, and will address any questions or concerns you have in a moment’s notice! You may interact with us through messaging or email. We live locally and can come by to greet you upon entry (if preferred) as well as come by to fix any problems should they arise.

Casa Bella is nestled in Crystal Beach, a quaint little community of pastel colored beach cottages with little white picket fences in Destin, FL. Crystal Beach is truly a picturesque area and one of the most highly sought after areas on the Emerald Coast!

A very short walk takes you to several public beach access points as well as some of the best seafood restaurants on in town. The house is centrally located in the community with the pool just steps away and access to TWO designated Beachwalks that cut between the houses (one east and one west of the house) shortcuts to walking to multiple beach accesses (a 3-5 minute walk!) The “community pool” is private, with coded access, to the small circle of guests and residents on Clipper Cove. This is a very small circle of cottages, and our pool is most often very quiet and uncrowded, even in our busy season.

Destin Commons is walkable and has all of your favorite stores and eateries as well as Whole Foods Market.

Take a short drive to Baytowne Wharf located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, within the gates of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It features
an array of boutiques, eateries, galleries, and nightlife. Be sure to check out their events calendar for your travel dates, as they often have a jam-packed schedule of outdoor festivals and events for the entire family!

Also, be sure to visit the heart of old Destin and the Harborwalk Village adjacent to the picturesque Crab Island. Stroll along the boardwalk of Destin's famous fishing fleet to see the catch of the day come in!

Spend a day at the world famous Crab Island on the north side of the Destin Bridge where pleasure boats gather everyday to enjoy the translucent, waist-high emerald
green waters. This area is kid friendly! If you rent a pontoon, jet ski or kayak, you can join the party of floating restaurants and huge inflated playgrounds.

For a good bargain you can visit Silver Sands Outlet Mall just down HWY 98 5-10 minutes or so!

Be sure and check out Lulu's at the foot of the Mid-Bay Bridge. Lulu is Jimmy Buffet's sister, and she has created a veritable playground for children and adults alike. Southern fare at it's best! Huge Indoor/outdoor restaurant, large sandy area on the bay with rental SUPs and kayaks, seaplane rides, kids face painting and more!

*This house is home to my family for half of the year during our off-season. That is one reason you will immediately feel at home in this space rather than at some crusty old beach rental! Please take care of our home!!

*Some closets in this house are locked with owner belongings inside. One large walk-in closet is provided with plenty of hangers and other clothes hanging and storing solutions are provided throughout the house as well as plenty of wardrobe space and dresser drawers.

* The computer and monitors on the desk in the office are not for guest use. They are unplugged, password protected, and inaccessible. There is plenty of space to set up and plug in your own devices.

*The vinyl records and record player are off limits to guests. Evidence of use of the records or any damaged or missing records will be charged to guest.

*THERE IS A ONE DOG MAXIMUM UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL HAS BEEN GIVEN. Dogs must be house trained. NO PUPPIES! If your dog sheds or has accidents, please clean up after your pet. Extra cleaning or damage due to dogs will result in a resolutions case being opened with Airbnb to recover the funds.

*A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked in our driveway. Obstruction of the sidewalk will result in fines from the HOA and possibly having your car towed at the owner’s expense.
Only two vehicles allowed to be parked in the driveway per HOA.

Upon departure please leave all doors and windows locked, and do not leave trash, uneaten food, or dirty dishes, as our cleaners charge extra for these items.
