Vakna gå rakt ut din ytterd��rr och gå till stranden för en dag sola, simma, snorkla och fiska. Kom hem till din strand reträtt och grill på din privata back veranda. Ingen stor l��genhet att gå igenom. Parkera precis vid din ytterdörr. Gå in genom korridoren med komplett vardagsrumsutrymme p�� första v��ningen. Köket är fullt utrustat med en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Matplatsen rymmer stort bord med bänkar. Vardagsrummet är värd en queen size bäddsoffa, 42 "plattskärms-TV / DVD-spelare. Uteplats precis utanför vardagsrummet och en halv bad. På övervåningen har du b��da sovrummen. Master är värd en king size-säng, plattskärms-TV, privat badrum och stor däck. Andra sovrummet är värd två enkelsängar, full storlek bäddsoffa, plattsk��rms-TV, privat badrum och d��ck. Trådl��st internet. Ta en kort promenad genom sanddynerna till en avskild strand. Inte många av dessa kvar längre. Stranden ligger mycket nära bryggorna där alla snorkelbåtar g��r. Bra st��lle att dyka, snorkla eller fisk. Gott om fint sängkläder, kuddar, etc. Graco Pack n Play Finns i enheten.
Jag går extra mil för att du är bekväm. Extra handdukar, toalettpapper, st��dprodukter, tvättmedel tillhandahålls. Jag tillhandahåller även badlakan. Det enda du behöver ta med ��r mat och kläder.

Hyresobjekt: Vi har en helt ny pontong båt exklusivt för våra gäster endast för uthyrning samt babyutrustning, diverse. Good getaway home near the beach. The fence had a gap at the bottom that a small dog could escape so had to watch the dog.

Sweet little spot for family vacay

We made a weekend trip to visit home and family at our favorite beaches. We were thankful to bring our pups with us. The location was great, the townhouse was great. Room for improvement in the upkeep of the backyard both to ensure the dogs don’t get loose from the backyard as well as maintaining the overgrowth of weeds. We would stay here again, but would be better prepared for canine security and comfort.

Not bad but much further to beach then thought

Great fishing paradise but terrible walk to the beach. The harbor is right there with a small beach and rocky areas at the Jetties but the beaches are a hike around the jetties to a beach slope. If you aren’t there for beach the location is good

Perfect Vacation Rental with Pets

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was the perfect rental for us and our pups. It is hard to find somewhere nice that allows multiple large dogs and has the space to accommodate them. All of us were very comfortable the whole week. I was super impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! For just the two of us we were set! I mention this because I know some places have Most of what you’d need but this place had literally EVERYTHING! A small note about the fenced yard, there is an opening on the side where the car port is so make sure you have control of pets and watch small children. Other than that, Eva’s absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this rental!

Labor Day Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. All the food, shopping, and entertainment areas where very close to the condo. When we come back to Destin we will be staying at this location.

Perfect

Location is great! Came down to fish for a few days. Super convenient to the marina (harbor walk) 5 minute walk to the coolest part of the beach (east pass near the jetties). Convenient to get to the good restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Place has some age, but it was very clean. Host super cool to work with!

Beach getaway

It was a seamless check in process. The location was about a 10 min walk to a nearby beach but I liked driving to the other beaches better, about 15 min to Miramar beach. The place was spacious enough for a family of 6 and 2 dogs. It was very convenient to take the dogs out the back rather than go down a flight of stairs or elevators to take them out. I liked that each room had its own bathroom plus an extra half bath on the main floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Very nice place to stay. Close to everything you need. Only negative thing i can say " our stay was too short" We even rented pontoon boat through them. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely coming back.

Just wish the walk to the beach was easier…There was not an easy path to walk. There also was a company that set up chairs and umbrellas that we weren’t allowed to rent. It was for guest across the water that bring guest over from boats.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip. My mom, boyfriend and I were in Destin for my cousin’s graduation from Niceville High. We decided to make the most of it and booked our stay a few weeks ago. We even brought our two dogs. The house was really nice, exceptionally clean and in a wonderful location. We were less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Will definitely stay here again. It was a great location and super nice house… only downfall was they were building another house across the street so there was a lot of traffic and commotion in the morning but night time was great….

Great time in Destin!

The property was clean and the location was great for us. My family of five stayed plus our dog. We were a 10 minute walk from a beach trail and a 10 minute drive from the harbor boardwalk and other beautiful beaches. Super easy check in also! We loved being able to cook and relax in between adventures! We will definitely be back.

First time in Destin

Very beautiful area. It was very nice place to stay house had all that we needed the beach walk was further than we thought but other than that it was very good. Clean place , two parking spaces. Seemed very secure in this neighborhood. Great time seeing the dolphins and enjoying the white sand beaches!

Close to everything.

Spend 4 weeks here and did day trips to Panama City, Pensacola, and other locations along the gulf coast. Comfortable with all bedrooms upstairs. Only thing I wish they would had a few more simple kitchen items like salt and pepper, tinfoil etc. Would recommend this place to others.

Nice nice place but AC issues.

The entire upstairs stayed hot. Had to call for AC service techs twice. Spent almost $200 on fans just to comfortably sleep at night. Was told we would be refunded for fans but never heard anything back from the property manager.
