Om boendet

Enjoy a whole house rental with everything you need for your vacation in Maine. A fully remodeled 5 bedroom home with parking for 4 cars. A sun-filled first floor has an open concept living/dining room with a pull out queen sofa bed. The love seat in the front sun room also opens up as a twin. There is a first floor bedroom with queen bed as well as a front bedroom with twin. Full bathroom on first floor as well as a washer and dryer. The second floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin, third bedroom consists of a twin that pulls out to a king if desired. Full bathroom upstairs with a tub. There is also a small kitchen upstairs that has a fridge and sink as well as a coffee maker and small kitchen table (perfect for two families sharing the home). Home has a bunch of beach chairs. 8 beach towels are available to use as well as towels for up to 10 guests. Grill and fire pit in the backyard as well as a newly installed 6' privacy fence.

Great place with an easy walk to town and the beach

The house was very clean and neat. Back yard is small, but nice for a small fire and relaxing with friends. Close to town and the beach so walking in for dinner and drinks is easy. No messing with parking at the beach either. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Loved our stay!

We loved staying at this property! Prior to arriving, communication from the owner was quick and our questions were answered. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room and privacy inside for all of us! We found the house had everything we needed for our stay. The short, easy walk to the beach and town was the best part! We used the grill and the fire pit at night. We look forward to seeing any changes made to the house for next year and would definitely think about returning!

York vacation

Beautifully renovated, very clean, lots of space for everyone and great location - easy walk to the shops and beach. Only negative I can say is had an older home smell, but not enough to prevent from staying again .
