The location is perfect! We didn’t use our car once. The place was super clean and efficient. Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for a couple.

The place is just fine for 2 people for a shorter trip. Has the basics you need. It's a Murphy bed. Basic kitchenette. Grills outside. A nice short walk down to Perkins Cove, which is the better location over up the road in the Ogunquit retail area. Less crowds and chaotic summer traffic. Do yourself a favor and take the trolley over trying to drive and find pricey parking. Uber not readily available but reserved to/fr airport worked for us. Take beach towels.

Perfect Location

Clean, cozy, and a quiet area. Had everything needed for our short stay. A short walking distance to Perkins Cove. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great property, very cozy

This is an awesome spot to stay in Ogunquit/Cape Nedeick. The downtown is a zoo but you can spend your whole trip walking to Perkin’s Cove and not be disappointed. Cute shops and a drawbridge and dinner by the water. Nice little courtyard outside the unit to work/read/eat in the shade. Also loved having the grill to cook our own food! Made the trip very affordable. Only thing that makes it less than five stars is that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Very strange. I have never heard of that in my life. What cleaning service is like “Yes I will clean your entire property but if you give us a sheet I will quit on the spot.” Luckily I was coming from my parents’ place, but if we had flown in it would have been very inconvenient. More than anything I just want to know why this is happening. It actually made for a great running joke, which ultimately improved our trip, so back to five stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cozy place. The whole area was beautiful, so peaceful and serene plus it was walking distance to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. My only issue was there was no hair dryer in the property and I definitely need this after I wash my hair. All the essential utensils were in the kitchen and we loved having our coffee before heading out.
