Perfect downtown location in downtown Winter Park! Tucked away off the main street behind Randy’s Restaurant where you have a quiet escape in the heart of downtown. Walk to restaurants, music, bars, and shops, or jump on the free lift shuttle to the resort. Catch views of the Continental Divide out the back windows. out the back windows. In the open space behind the property occasionally catch a moose or a bear during your stay. Enjoy the private hot tub after a fun day in the Rocky Mountains. On the first floor is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed (bedroom #1) and a private bath on the first floor. From this room, you walk out onto the downstairs deck to the private hot tub. Up the stairs on the second floor, you find the open floor plan living room, dining, and fully stocked kitchen, you can step outside on the 2nd private deck backing to wetlands with amazing views. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, granite counters, and all you need to feel at home and enjoy a meal or cup of coffee at the breakfast bar. Half bath off the living area on the 2nd floor. Up another set of stairs are the last two bedrooms on the top/3rd floor. The first with a queen and private bath (bedroom #2) and the third bedroom with a queen and a full private bath (bedroom #3). Outdoor parking only as guests will not have access to the garage.

Great Stay

Everything you need is provided in this unit for a family vacation. Well equipped kitchen which is nice for family meals. Nice condo.

Great spot for a ski getaway

The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed for a worry-free vacation. We used the ski bus (a short two block walk), walked to nearby restaurants, and enjoyed the spacious home.

Wonderful and relaxing getaway

The rental was clean, well appointed, and we'll maintained, The area was quiet and centrally located. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds and everything needed to cook was available. It made for a great ,peaceful, getaway.

property was in great shape and well appointed. Only complaint is that you could hear the traffic noise and trains on the front bedroom. Also,hair dryer did not work well. But would otherwise recommend.

Great Location, Great Stay

This property is as advertised. It is in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, & breweries. It is also very close to bus pickup if you are staying without car which is very doable with pickup & dropoff with HOME JAMES from the airport which is what we did. Boarding & Skiing at Winter Park was outstanding & the hot tub at this condo was just what the muscles needed after a long day on the slopes. Would stay here again when returning to Winter Park!

Perfect Getaway!

Amazing town home right in the heart of Winter Park downtown. Easy walking access to town, shops, restaurants and the park. We were able to access bike trails easily as well. Resort is only minutes away with shuttle availability. The town home itself was charming and cozy. Spent a few days just relaxing and enjoying the hot tub. It was the perfect getaway!

Great location

The place was a great location for walking to most everywhere. Easy to get in. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and the downstairs patio door had no lock on it. The hot tub was not balanced. The ph and alkalinity was way too high so we didn't use it.. it was so nice that we could stay another day. We did enjoy all the beautiful surrounding. We will be back. Thank you

Quick getaway

We loved our stay. The property was wonderful! We loved that each room had its own bathroom, and the common space was perfectly situated! Not to mention the amazing hot tub. If I had any negative feebback it would be the parking, sound system, and the that someone was in the home while we were away - servicing the hot tub? Couldn’t use the sounded system due to being connected to the guest WiFi we believe, and the parking was limited. There were two chemical dispensers in the hot tub after we returned on day two, which was odd someone was obviously there while we were not. Gave us an uneasy feeling, but we do understand those things need to be serviced. Just wasn’t communicated at all. Overall however, the stay was great! Great location. And wonderful property!

Bedding

We were disappointed in the bedding. We had 7 adults. There would be no room for one more as the listing stated sleeps 8. The 3rd bedroom sleeping was tight for three men, our kids ages 31,28,26. Also the double bed in one of the rooms was very uncomfortable. It was shakey and did not have a good mattress. It would also have been great to have a working fireplace / directions to get the fireplace going.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. Incredibly walkable to downtown Winter Park Townhome was cozy, clean and well organized. This will be a great location in the winter for ski season!

Wonderful Getaway

Perfect Spot in Winter Park

We could not have picked a better spot to stay in Winter Park. This townhome is tucked away in the middle of downtown with gorgeous views of the mountains and a private balcony. We were walking distance to all the major attractions and only 2 miles from the ski resort, with a convenient shuttle service to take us there.
