Townhome erbjuder tre sovrum med en drottningssÀng i sovrummet och en rustik timmer Full över Full vÄningssÀng i det andra sovrummet pÄ översta vÄningen. Det kan sova fyra barn! Den nedre sovrumsviten har en drottning över drottning vÄningssÀng som Àr perfekt för 4 tonÄringar eller ett par med barn pÄ den övre vÄningssÀngen. Enheten rymmer upp till 10 personer.

Varje sovrum har sitt eget privata bad! Sovrumskonfigurationen kan sova upp 6-8 vuxna eller 4 vuxna med 6 barn. Dessutom har vi en spjÀlsmadrass som Àr perfekt för smÄ barn. Varje sovrum har en PureGuardian luftfuktare eftersom fjÀllluften kan vara sÄ torr. Fans erbjuds ocksÄ.

Well located ski house

We spent a great long ski weekend at the house. It's very well located (10 minutes from Winter Park by car) and the hot tub was well maintained. Heated garage access with a ski rack was also a plus.

Christmas week w/family

Close to downtown, cozy townhome. Hit tub was clean. Host had a Xmas tree & decos for the holidays which was a nice surprise. Very clean all the rooms. All apps were available to us. Lots of stairs from garage to very top to bedrooms so may not be convenient for people with difficulties with knees & hips. Host available to call or text with questions. Very helpful. Enjoyed our week stay.

A perfect summer vacation spot!

We enjoyed a great week’s stay in Winter Park. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (with 4 teenagers). Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and enough common area for us all to be together. The house was so well stocked. I always pack extra supplies (trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc), but the house had everything we needed for the week! Restaurants are an easy walk from the house, and lots of great hiking nearby. Great owners and great property!

Great time!

We had a great time! The property was clean and well stocked with more than you would ever need! I could have packed half of the things I did because there was so much provided at this condo! The host was easy to communicate with and provided any information you could need to navigate the town, check in and check out easily. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus! Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect place to come back to after days of skiing at Winter Park! Host also alerted us to Berthoud Pass closures, and other things out-of-towners wouldn't know. Five Stars!

Family Ski Trip

We had a great stay at Nikki's property. The condo was very well suited to our needs. We vacationed with our 5 adult children and a few of their spouses. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs and each bedroom had it's own full bath which was VERY helpful. The first floor half bath served as our emergency only bathroom and this worked out very well. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. I loved the cookware. Better than what I have at home. The location is just a few steps (like maybe 50 yeards) from the bus line that takes you right into the Winter Park ski resort. It was super convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub also. Nikki was also very accessible and helpful. We experienced car trouble and she went out of her way to get us information on some auto shops that could do the necessary repairs. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly stay again.

Beat my expectations!

First and foremost, the condo itself was beyond my expectations. It was evident that the host had put a great deal of thought and effort into making it a comfortable and welcoming space. One thing that really stood out was how well stocked the condo was. Everything I needed was readily available, from kitchen essentials to extra linens and towels. It felt like a home away from home, ensuring that I didn't have to worry about a thing during my stay. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently situated within an easy walking distance to both Main Street. My girls, in particular, adored the proximity to Wolf Park, and it quickly became one of their favorite spots. Our family had an unforgettable time, and we are already planning our next visit. Oh, the hot tub was a real treat and so easy too! You won't be disappointed.

Clean, Homey, Great Location!

The property was very clean and had every amenity a visitor could possibly want. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with stunning mountain views, and the close location to town and nearby walking trails was very convenient. Nikki was super personable and easy to communicate with. Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our stay here with our pup so much! The condo is very comfortable, the hot tub amazing and there is a really cool trail to walk the dog right down the street. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect Ski Week

This townhome exceeded our expectations. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The details made our stay wonderful. The proximity to the Lift stop made it easy to get back and forth to the Mountain everyday. We enjoyed being close to town for dinner, but were able to eat in easily a few nights due to having all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. Great week in Winter Park!

We’ve stayed in other great places in Winter Park, but this will be our go-to going forward. Comfortable home/beds, great layout, all the amenities, great location, stocked with everything we could have needed.

Amazing condo perfect stay

Spent a wonderful few days at this amazing condo. Beautiful views, cozy clean interior and close to downtown. Everything we needed was provided and the owner responded to all questions quickly! Soaking in the hot tub after some long hikes felt like a gift. Would definitely recommend!

Family Ski Stay

We had an excellent experience with this property and owner! The property was VERY clean - which is one of the most important factors to me when renting. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in one that was so well appointed with supplies and extras. Nikki thought of everything, making sure all bases are covered for her guests and was very responsive to our communication. I appreciated the clear and timely instructions for check-in/check-out - it was seamless! Everything was as we hoped for our ski at Winter Park. Which is only a short drive away and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing sore muscles in the evenings. I’d highly recommend this property!

Ski trip

This property was very clean & well stocked. It was very convenient to the Lift. It was nice to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. The owner was very quick in responding to questions. Directions on how to use different amenities (hot tub, smart TV) were very clear.

Wow, extremely great property!

We have stayed at a ton of WP condos over the years: at the base, in town, in the hills, etc. Very few have knocked it out of the park. This is one of them. First, the location is even more convenient than it looked. I hoped there was a little trail to cut through to US40 for restaurants etc, and it is there in winter (I walked it each day) and summer. The layout of the condo is really well designed. Lots of space for us to spread out in on 3 floors. This is not a property someone bought just to rent out. This is actually used by the owner—and that makes it so much better than usual. It is kept in fantastic condition, way more details, equipment, and utensils than usual: 2 types of coffeemakers & a grinder? You never see that. Glove dryer, etc. TVs are new & have all the streaming apps already hooked up and running. Hot tub was sparkling clean and the house in general was unusually clean and well-kept. Even the grout looked brand new. Great linens and plenty of them, including separate towels for the hot tub. Heated garage and if we had brought our roof box that makes it too tall, we could have kept the suv in the little space in front of garage. Garage warm enough to keep skis and boots in, and find them dry in AM. Very quiet little development. The Lift (free bus) comes right by it but didn’t want to use it this wkend so we drove our car and parked at base. Owner very easy to work with—very communicative and a coded door lock. We definitely will book here again and it’s rare that we ever feel that way. Usually a place is ‘fine’ or pretty good condition but this is like being a guest in a very detail-oriented friend’s home who isn’t uptight about you enjoying it! One more thing: we brought our little nonshedding dog and his crate. We’ve only had a dog for about 4 years. I can honestly say that if you don’t have a dog, then you won’t notice that others at times bring them. Doesn’t feel, look, or smell like a ‘pets allowed’ place. Did I mention this condo is kept really clean? Okay, no one rent this place so it will stay available for us!

Welcome to our family getaway! My husband and I purchased this townhome in May of 2005. Our family of 5 lives in Boulder and love getting away to our "cabin". All three kids raced on the Winter Park Ski Team with my husband coaching every year. Winter Park is a special place for us since we were married there in 1998.

My goal is to offer a comfortable townhouse for my guests so that they want to come back year after year.

Our townhome is our home so it has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked so making dinner will be a breeze. There are new humidifiers in each bedroom since the mountain air can be so dry. The sparkling clean hot tub is situated on the main level so older kids can be in the hot tub while you're inside enjoying a glass of wine. The heated garage is a perfect place to park or store all of your skis or bikes.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You will feel right at home in my townhome. If you drive an EV car, you’ll love that you can charge it while parked in the garage. I have decorated it to make sure it is comfy from the minute you lay your head on the comfy beds & pillows to the luxury towels. The townhome is located where you can walk into town taking a trail that leads you there or to Wolf Park where you can play tennis or basketball or just let the kids play on the play structure. My kids are now teenagers and have loved having our "cabin" to grow up in. You'll love it, I promise!
