Enjoy the city of Dallas with this minimalist modern 4 story townhome! With its great location you are nestled between Uptown, Downtown, Deep Ellum, and more!

The space
With its unique layout you will have access to the following:

A two car garage and bedroom on the 1st floor equipped with a full bath.

Coming up to the 2nd floor you will find the main living area and fully stocked kitchen with all cooking/baking utensil needs. In addition we have architecturally curated a dining area to enjoy food with family and friends.

You will then make your way to the 3rd floor where you will find the Master Suite which is a humble oasis. The spacious room has a work from home area with a desk and office chair to cater to those who work remotely. The Master has a TV, larger closet, and a master bath with double vanity and soaking tub! Down the hall you will find a third bedroom tucked away with custom barn doors for privacy.

Finally you will find yourself of the fourth floor which is our private rooftop patio overlooking the downtown views which you can enjoy watching the sunset, or kick back and watch a movie on the TV installed on the rooftop!
Patio heaters are available for the duration of your stay for an additional charge of $55 (Please note this is because it costs approximately $40 to fill both tanks and a $15 service fee to get them filled). Let us know at/before booking.
*If filling the tanks yourself, please DO NOT EXCHANGE them for different tanks, because the current tanks are uhaul tanks that have guages, we need to keep the same tanks. If you are filling them yourself, please take them to Uhaul: 7015 Ferguson Rd Dallas tx 75228. They are 7am-7pm m-s. and 9a-5pm sundays.

Great communication

Property owner communication was great. Had a few bumps with the wifi and the garage door opener, but the property owner was very responsive and helpful.

SMU parents weekend

Very clean, new unit. Check in was easy and properly manger was very helpful and available. We couldn’t get any of the TVs to work ( but made little extra effort)c but otherwise apartment was well appointed. Neighborhood is a bit random and amenities were accessible but came with effort, as the local connectors/grocery was alonger walk than desirable in the Dallas heat.

Great find!

The house and location were great! Definitely true to photos and never heard any neighbors or street noise. Seemed like a chill neighborhood. Would stay here again.
