Welcome to the latest addition to our collection. This contemporary new build townhome will have you staring at the skyline for hours on end on our turfed rooftop! With plenty of high end upgrades found throughout the home you will have plenty of space to spend with family and friends for any occasion or even just a quick getaway!
Besides the numerous amenities you are in prime location to plenty of Dallas's main attractions!
The space
This newly constructed 4story townhome has many upgrades that you will love but besides the interior touches and amazing views you are also close to all of the areas Dallas has to offer some of them including:

-3 min from Downtown Dallas
-5-7 min from Uptown Dallas
-5-7 min from American Airlines Center
-8 min from Deep Ellum
-8 min from Dallas Zoo

Being a 4 story unit we'd like to touch base on what you will find throughout your stay.
1st floor - you will find the first bedroom equipped with a queen bed.

2nd floor- The entertainment space, here you will find the living area, spacious kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen island has plenty of barstools where you and friends can enjoy hanging around while cooking or enjoying some refreshments. Kitchen is supplied with silverware, plate ware and utensils just to name a few. The living area is furnished with abstract but at the same time comfortable couches where you can enjoy watching TV or looking out at the Dallas views from the multiple windows surrounding the space.

3rd floor- Two additional bedrooms that both include their own en-suite bathroom and closets.

4th floor- Rooftop Patio - if the weather permits you will be hanging out here for the majority of your stay guaranteed! Views like nowhere else you are able to catch the panoramic view of the Dallas skyline! With an outdoor dining table, patio set with a fire pit, and TV you can enjoy the beautiful weather and views Texas has to offer!

The propane for the fire pit is responsibility of the guest to refill day of arrival if they would like to use it during the duration of their stay. We can have it filled for you the day of your arrival for a fee of $75 just be sure to mention it to host well beforehand so we can make arrangements.

Amazing Stay

The host was very responsive couldn’t answer phone calls, but texted immediately!! Very affordable, and was a very nice location and the view was amazing. I don’t know what that last person is talking about. They not like to have fun. this is the place is very chill and party friendly, which I love, I had an amazing birthday there definitely rebooking whenever I get a chance!!

Our stay here at the downtown rooftop was not a comfortable stay. First off, it says it sleeps 8 is NOT fully truthful. They provide an air mattress with a sheet to cover and two pillows and one pillow case. Second, we did not have access to the laundry room bc it was locked. We messaged the manager and she conceited to open the laundry room after our first night which revealed piles of dirty laundry and all the extra laundry we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thirdly, the place was very dusty which caused a lot of allergy problems and is to stay awake at night. When I mentioned it to the manager she said they had it cleaned and filtered changed but it was sooo bad! The overall kitchen was clean and townhome was neat. Toilets were clean. The living room had a lot of chairs but not enough couch lounge space for 8 people. There is a small 2 seat couch and a chase. The electricity flickered during the night on and off, lights and fans. The heating and air was hot in some room and freezing in some rooms. We could not get it regulated. Overall, we didn’t feel welcomed and when we connected with management she heard us but was very annoyed or the word she used was not responsible for fixing our concerns but, would relay it to the owner. Of which the owner never called or offered any type of refund for our inconvenience. I will not ever book here again or would we ever recommend it. If I can post the pictures of our Stay and the things we experienced I will.
