Orange Beach Villas is a small group of only 18 Duplex Villas. I offer a spacious, comfortable and stylish 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Villa including a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer and a screened in back patio. Orange Beach Villas are located 1/2 of a mile from Orange Beach Sports Complex and 1 mile from the Wharf. Less than 4 miles from public beach access. Also includes a community pool. Our condo offers high speed internet provided by CenturyLink and Mediacom on all TV's.

Orange Beach Dec. '22 - mid April '23

We enjoyed our stay at the Orange Beach condo. It was quite clean, spacious and met our needs well. Contact with the owner happened several times. Exchanges were helpful, amiable and informative. The owner made us aware, ahead of time about internet upgrade visits, pest control applications and the exterior painting of the condo. The condo was quite well supplied with amenities. Those provided for startup were clearly outlined in the listing. Access and parking for the condo were excellent. Although we were not made aware of garbage collection arrangements before we had a short trip back home, we did manage to get information from a very helpful lady on the other side of the duplex. The location worked out very well for us as we are golfers, not beach goers. All necessary shopping venues were located close by. There were many dining choices nearby whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner dining. I was impressed with the very helpful, efficient, and friendly contacts with the owner. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents. Would also recommend it to other vacationers.

Mike and I purchased this Villa in July 2022. My husband grew up in Mobile and enjoys getting back in the area as often as possible. We live just outside of Louisville Kentucky where both of us were born and lived most of our adult life. My husband is a custom cabinet maker and owns his own business. I retired from commercial banking in 2020 and now focus on managing our rental houses here in Louisville as well as our condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

This is a lovely small community located approximately 1/2 of a mile from the Orange Beach Sports Complex and approximately 1 mile from the Wharf. This is a perfect place to stay for those traveling to Orange Beach for sport tournaments and shows and concerts at the Wharf. Also, great for the snowbirds wanting to flee from the cold winters up north.
