Completely renovated 2 BR, 1 BA home professionally decorated in midcentury modern style. Just minutes from Liberty and U of L, downtown, shopping, and most other Lynchburg attractions. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, 55" Roku TV in living room, 40" Roku TVs in bedrooms, wireless phone chargers, new memory foam queen mattresses, and inviting outdoor space with porch swing. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home in the heart of Lynchburg!

Guests stay on the main floor of the home. Our long term renter/property manager lives in the lower level apartment which has a separate entrance.

Wonderful!!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully furnished and sweet little home. It was perfect for our weekend stay in Lynchburg, and very accessible to the colleges and downtown. The home was extremely well kept and clean, the beds were comfortable and the owners do not miss anything needed. We will absolutely stay here again for our next visit to Lynchburg.

Liberty course visit

The home was quite cozy and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The bed was VERY comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I loved the desk and the WiFi was perfect! I work from home so it exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had was that there is only street parking and the house across the street has people coming and going at all hours of the night. It was a little annoying although nothing the owner of this home can do anything about. When I asked questions, the owner provided quick responses. Excellent choice!

Cute and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint Perrymont bungalow. The home was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. We didn't run into any difficulties while at the property so there was no need to contact the owner, but they were very responsive to all my correspondences prior to our trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Reunion

Great stay home for a family reunion was able to sleep comfortably. The house was clean and owner was able to help with a couple small issues we had with the TVs in a prompt and timely manner.

Great stay in Lynchburg

My family and I stayed at this listing for a weekend and were really pleased. It was super clean and served our needs. Jonathan was great to work with and incredibly responsive. For anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lynchburg, definitely check this place out!

Nice little house

Wonderfully decorated and very clean. Location is very central to Wards road and adjoining highways to get around Lynchburg. Absolutely loved our stay.

Weekend Visit

We had a wonderful weekend visit! We came down for graduation. Very cute house and cozy inside. Owners responded quickly and were extremely kind and accommodating. Will stay again when visiting Lynchburg! Perfect location for University of Lynchburg activities.

VUL Graduation Celebration

Achieving a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration is a dream come true. Flying in from Texas and resting in this quaint 2 bedroom and 1 bath was perfect for my husband and I. We were only 7minutes from the college. So in between rehearsals and the graduation event we relaxed here. We had hot tea in the mornings on the porch and sat in the porch swing in the afternoon. Great trip and comfy casa!

Absolutely Adorable

It was so nice when you can check into a place and you can just drop everything and relax. The place was spotless and well stocked. Nothing was broken nor was the home lacking in anyway. They did a great job making it feel like a home away from home. I also loved that nothing was more than 8 minutes away: grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, restaurants and even a great dog park! I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, if you need anything, they respond immediately!

Clean and Comfortable

Great little house and awesome front porch where I could have stayed for hours had we not had so many activities during our two-night stay. Home is clean and decorated very nicely. Jonathan was an excellent host and communicated everything we needed to know. I highly recommend this location for your visit to Lynchburg!

Welcoming retreat with special touches to make for a perfect stay.

This home was so beautiful with special touches. From the moment we arrived the home felt like a perfect retreat to go back to each night after spending the day visiting our kids at college. The host was attentive and welcoming. Every detail was well thought out. Each night we slept like babies on the comfy beds. There were even different choices of pillows to fit different preferences. We appreciated having a steamer to quickly steam our clothes from suitcase travel.:) The location was perfect and easy to get to the college. We would definitely stay here again! Truly a 5 star experience.

Cute house close to UL

Nicely renovated and a short walk to the University of Lynchburg. The kitchen is big and has everything needed to cook. The towels were great! On street parking can be a bit tricky.

Feeling at home at this property

Excellent property! Extremely clean, organized and well decorated. More than that it was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to cook and do everything as if we were really at home. This is what it felt like - being home. My son had a small cut and there was this first aid kit in the bathroom. I was impressed . Everything was well thought of and we did not lack anything. Property managers were super fast to respond any doubts and kind at all times. Will definitely go back there and wish I find more properties like that one in future.
