My only issue was the street noise. But the apartment is in downtown. A plus, we were able to walk to area restaurants and a farmers market.

So cozy

We had a great stay! The bed was super comfortable! It was clean, cozy, really cute, and in a great location! I appreciated how many things were provided like silverware, soaps, even toothbrushes and oatmeal! That’s very thoughtful! Communication was great.

Nice Apartment and good location

Short business trip

Clean and comfortable. I attended meetings at the Virginian Hotel, a short 5-block walk. I saved money, and had a great parking spot!

We just enjoyed the entire process from start to finish. It is a perfect location, with everything conveniently within walking distance, and, of course, parking comes with an assigned slot.

Clean and Quaint

This lil studio was the perfect spot for my daughter (20) and myself! It was clean and the location was perfect. We could walk up or down the ave and have our choice of food. The hosts were nothing but top notch from the beginning of the process, through out the stay and after check out! The Studio 114 will be our go to for our next visit to Lynchburg. If it is unavailable we will reschedule our stay!

Cute little spot in Downtown Lynchburg

Great spot for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay in Lynchburg. Parking can be a littlw tricky if you have a bigger vehicle, but there is usually plenty of street parking of you can't fit into the space provided. Also watch your step when you walk into the Vrbo! There is a bit of a step down I wasn't totally prepared for, but I'm normally a clutz so maybe thats just me :) Overall, great spot, minus my twisted ankle.

This charming haven boasts sun-drenched interiors that bathe the space in a golden glow, accentuating its inviting atmosphere. The studio's centerpiece is a plush two-seater couch, perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a favorite show on the large television. Nearby, a compact kitchenette houses a single-cup coffee machine and a small refrigerator, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. At day's end, I sunk into the cloud-like bedding, enveloped in softness that delivered a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom, though petite, offered modern amenities with a touch of rustic charm. Studio 114 captures the essence of Lynchburg's laid-back lifestyle, offering a cozy retreat that feels like a home away from home.

Staying here again is a testament to how much I like this property. If you do NOT need a full kitchen, then one must consider this place. It has the best location, best parking (just outside the door), and the best price in the downtown area.

Great Weekend Getaway!

We enjoyed restaurants, walking trails, shopping and the best little wine bar is right around the corner! They have the most fabulous sommelier. The best part was we were just steps from it all. My husband did struggle a bit with noise at night, so bring some ear plugs just in case. I slept just fine.

The studio apartment was in the perfect location, very clean, and comfortable. *PLEASE NOTE WATCH YOUR STEP* When you enter the apartment there is a small step inside. No warning sign, until you fall.

Lovely and perfect during the daytime, noisy at night

I genuinely loved staying at this studio. I spent the weekend pretty much locked inside studying, and this was a perfect, cozy place for it. The parking space is right neat the door, making it very easy to take things inside. The bed was very comfortable, and the owners are able to make great use of a little space, offering a couch and coffee table, another table to work at, spacious bed, recliner, etc. Very clean It was all very nice. In the late evenings, it was very noisy with intoxicated bar-goers. Both nights (Friday and Saturday), it was noisy from 11 pm until 2 a.m. The second night I had to call police because of a fight right outside the door. There seems to be a patio bar directly across the street and public parking in close vicinity where partiers end up going and loitering when things close. That said, I would stay here again. I suspect the week day evenings are less noisy. The host provides a sound machine, I'm assuming to try and drown some of that out. But the place was very nice and comfortable otherwise.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was the perfect place and had everything we needed! It was neat, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location in the middle of downtown steps from some great restaurants and the community market. I had a couple questions later at night and the host was happy and willing to help and quickly replied. We would stay again!

Super convenient location and parking. This is like a very nice hotel room (at 1/3 the price)! The property manager was incredibly responsive when we needed assistance. I’ll happily stay there again!
