Saltaire 2 is a luxury, custom built and designed five bedroom home for the perfect family and friends getaway. Tucked in on a private drive just between the Cypress Groves and 30a, the beautifully designed home is a short walk or bike ride to Seagrove's best shops and restaurants and eight beach access points.

You could walk and enjoy the sugar sands, but why do that when you could tool around on the 6 complementary bikes or the available 6-seater golf cart?

The grand entry welcomes you into the stately home. The dual sliders flank the walkway and provide for the best of indoor/outdoor living. The adjoining in-law suite/nanny quarters can be easily accessed from the main entry and allows up to 18 to sleep comfortably and is perfect for multiple families.

The large reclaimed coral patio with huge outdoor hearth is perfect for cool evenings. Custom built pool with in-ground hot tub and sun loungers provide the ultimate in luxury beach living.

The expansive backyard has plenty of outdoor seating areas including large dining table, fireplace and gas grill. You will appreciate the fun provided by the outdoor ping pong table and corn hole set.

The first level boasts three king bedrooms. The master was custom designed and built for the most discerning tastes. The bedroom captures your imagination with the custom wall feature, King bed and seating area with pull-out Trundle bed. The large soaking tub, double vanity, huge walk in shower with built ins dual shower heads (one is a rainfall shower) complete this modern farmhouse master suite.

The other two king bedrooms are custom designed and with luxury bedding are quite distinct.

The attached in-law/nanny quarters has a queen size bed, sleeper sofa, private kitchen and washer/dryer.

Spend your evenings playing billiards while the kids retreat upstairs. The tweens bunk room has double twin over double queen custom bunks. With a large TV, air hockey table, refrigerator, microwave and separate bathroom, They will never want to leave.

Rental includes six cruiser bikes, access to a six seat golf cart (separate waiver required), beach gear including beach chairs and umbrellas, wagon, cooler, toys and more.

For our littlest guests, we offer a pack n play and high chair which will definitely lighten your travel load.

If you need less space, consider renting Saltaire, without the adjoining guest house.

Outdoor:
Backyard oasis features an amazing custom pool/hot tub – pool can be heated for an additional per diem fee. Pool includes a sundeck with loungers and an umbrella. Take in a competitive game of corn hole in the backyard or engage in a fun round of table tennis on the outdoor ping pong table. Bicycles and a golf cart (cart provider waiver required) are available. The Ffront patio features an additional hot tub.

Enjoy a delicious meal poolside that you have prepared on the grills in the outdoor kitchen area. Relax around the outdoor fireplace.

Kitchen:
The well-appointed kitchen will please any chef, with a 36", 6-burner Bertazonni range and custom designed pecky cypress range hood. Guest house has an additional kitchen to spread out.

Master Suite and ensuite Bathroom – main level: Luxury King bedroom with custom wall and daybed. Ensuite bathroom features a relaxing soaking tub and a huge walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 – main level: King bedroom and Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and soaking tub.

Bedroom 3 – level:main: King Bedroom features custom wall treatment, lounge chair. Jack and Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4/bunk room – upper level: Bringing the fun, this custom bunk room sleeps 6 with two twin beds over two queen beds. The room has an air hockey table. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 5 – guest house: includes a queen bed, large closet, and smart TV.

Sofa bed: guest house sofa is a queen sofa

Family Room:
The comfortable living room has room for the entire crew to relax. This space includes a large and stylish sectional to watch movies on the 55” TV. Two lounge chairs and fireplace round out the sitting area. When not watching TV or playing games around the coffee table, take in a game of pool on Saltaire’s 7-foot table.

Dining:
Pull the family up around the large dining table. The kitchen island adds seating for 6. And if outdoors is your thing, you can enjoy meals al fresco in the backyard around the dining table. Guest house kitchen table seats four.

Included is a starter supply of basic amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices. You may need to supplement this supply based on individual preferences and usage.
