* INga vägar till korsningen på väg till stranden !!!* På GULFSIDE av 30A, med massor av verandor för den bästa utsikten över vattnet, stranden och solnedgångarna. Privat paradis som ligger på privata, slutgata med privat strandpromenad till stranden - bara 50 meter från ytterdörren. Gott om parkering under detta 3 våningar hem gör det bra för familjeåterföreningar eller stora festmöten. Eller så kan du hyra en sida för mindre fester på sex till tio. Husen delar en angränsande dörr på andra våningen för bekvämlighet när de hyrs ut tillsammans.

Det perfekta STRANDHUSET för VÄNNER OCH FAMILJER att njuta av sitt eget utrymme men ändå vara tillsammans ... Varje sida har ett kung sovrum med privat badrum, en kung och ett drottning sovrum vardera med fullt badkar, och en studie med en drottning bäddsoffa, samt ett skrivbord redo för din bärbara dator.

Dessutom har Sunrise och Sunset båda sovrum med två våningssängar med TV: er, bra gömställe för barnen. Poolside erbjuder ytterligare ett bad och omklädningsområde med utomhus varm / kall dusch. Beachy stil återspeglas i interiören med speciella detaljer om död huvud cypress trim för att lägga till den gamla / nya charm.

Ägda av systrar som tillbringade somrar på stranden, byggde vi tvillinghem som firar vänner och familj. Hyr ena sidan eller båda.

Det finns restauranger inom gångavstånd. Ligger bara några minuter från stränderna vid havet / akvarell / rosmarin, 30 minuter från Sandestin, Silver Sands Shopping och de största golf- och tennisresor. Du kan besöka dem ...

Ändå, på några minuter återvänder till din egen tystare, mer privata och fredliga reträtt till lounge vid poolen, promenera på stranden, läsa, tuppla eller

Nice layout & location. We rented both sides and the open door between the two made for easy access...The beach was amazing! Very well keep and manicured. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes, thru the alley, down the boardwalk.The entire 30A area is clean, safe, and has a very walkable path. Shared with bikers so be aware.The communication with Beach Habitats was second to none!

This is the perfect house for a large group without breaking the bank! Very roomy. House was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to gorgeous beach!

Family Spring Break

Excellent location for beach, eating out and shopping. Loved that teenagers and adults could have separate spaces but also combined for supervision and shared eating experiences. The access to the beach was super easy and convenient. Loved the pool as well. Well stocked kitchens. Would stay here again!

Amazing family trip

Everything was wonderful, and the house was exactly as described. The water/beach was gorgeous, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the property manager was super responsive. Beach access was right across the street and next to a private beach so not overcrowded. So many wonderful memories were made. We would definitely stay here again

Best Location

Our stay at Sunrise/Sunset was great. The houses were older but clean and comfortable. The beach access was very close and private. There are stairs at the end of the boardwalk. The pool was a good size for our ten grandchildren. We recommend this property.

50th Anniversary

20 of us stayed in both houses for 3 nights to celebrate our parents’ 50th Wedding anniversary. The accommodations were clean and more than adequate for our needs. We would definitely recommend the HMS Sunrise/Sunset for large groups!

Second year was as good as the first!

We had a house full of family and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed this property so much Last year we had to book it again this year. This is the best property at this price range I've been able to find when you consider the proximity to the beach, the proximity to seaside, and the amount of space available inside of the house.

Wonderful Stay!

We had the best time staying at HMS Sunrise & Sunset. The check-in process was very easy and Lanier was very responsive. The house was clean upon arrival, with the exception of a few dead cockroaches lying around the front door when we arrived - Didn’t put it against the housekeepers or the owners since it did rain the night prior and it was very hot and humid the day we arrived. Overall, a great place to stay and great neighbors if you get a chance to talk to them. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving family Holiday

What a great layout! We had 5 different families, 10 adults and 6 kids under 15 yo. There was enough room annd rooms for everyone and we loved having 2 kitchens right across from each other! Great beach views and access! Already talking about using Sunrise/Sunset again! Thank you for sharing such a great house!

Multiple Family getaway

Our 3 Adult sons, 2 Daughter in laws, and 1 grandson plus my sister, brother and sister in law all stayed for the Labor Day weekend….everyone had their own room with extras to spare. Private pool and beach access wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer…. Perfect for cooking together too! We boiled seafood downstairs and even did a big BBQ. Thanks!

Family Vacation

Beach is beautiful, access to beach was good. Neighbors to the left when looking at the water had a section of beach marked as private. Part of the boundaries include where the Sunrise/Sunset boardwalk lands on the sand so we had to move to the right when getting on the beach, so it ended up being a little crowded with adjacent neighbors. Neighbors were very strict about the private beach area. House was a nice setup and easy to get in and out of. Not very clean overall and outdated in certain areas. AC on the 2nd floor was out so our first night we could not use this space (AC was fixed the next day). Location and nearby towns were great, lots to do and see.

Beach access rules needs to be communicated. we set up a canopy and chairs right out from the access and was told we had to move. This was very unpleasant3. There were several TVs in the units however access to programming was difficult or not available. Instructions should be provided.

There was plenty of rooms and beds and it was wonderful having two kitchens (& all the pot/pans/dishes, etc needed). It was very quiet and just a short walk to the beach. There were only two negatives #1 - there is no connection on the top floor so if you've rented both sides it can be cumbersome to get from the upper bedrooms on one side to the upper bedrooms on the other. #2 The stairs to the beach were kind of rough if you have bad knees. However, would come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting Sunrise/Sunset. The bedroom layout works great for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. We were able to all eat inside on the Sunrise side by sitting 4 children at the small dining table and adding a couple of bar stools from Sunset to the counter for the other 10. There is a private beach just east of the house's beach access which actually turns out to be an advantage because it prevents access to the beach from the high rise on the other side of the private beach so it is easy to set up beach front. Being able to walk to Goatfeathers to pick up seafood is a big plus. This is an older house and could use a little TLC but don't think you can beat the number of bedrooms and convenience to the beach for the price. Management was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we needed fixed.
