Villa Skyline ligger i ett lugnt och centralt område i Cape Coral som gör det möjligt att vara nästan överallt. Villan är omgiven av en vackert anlagd trädgård, som ger tillräckligt med integritet. Redan på morgonen kan du njuta av solen på den rymliga poolterrassen under frukosten
Cirka 1 kvart avstånd från Villa Skyline kan du shoppa i närheten Walmart. För våra läsare har vi 5 minuter från Cape Coral Bibliotheca. Cape Harbour ligger ca 10 minuter från Villa Skyline och erbjuder dig en drink på solnedgången eller bara en promenad i en medelhavsstämning.
Villa Skyline erbjuder 3 sovrum, 1 vardagsrum och ett fullt utrustat kök. Två tv-apparater finns, en i vardagsrummet (55 "platt-TV) och en i sovrummet (50" TV). Vi har 3 cyklar i garaget för bekvämt utforska turer runt området i Cape Coral. Det skärmade poolområdet med Salt Water System är integrerat för 6 gäster. Det finns en elektrisk pool värmare och baby staket om det behövs.

Perfect relaxation, perfect weather

Beautiful house, comfy bed, great private pool area, quiet neighborhood, good for morning walks, close to good restaurants and groceries, will try to rent again.

Nice, but had some minor issues…

The managers were great and very responsive-answered questions promptly and even brought over a new grill. The property was cool, quiet, clean and comfortable but needs some sprucing up. The kitchen faucet that should have been adjustable was not and only sprayed. There was no working blind on the bottom 1/2 of the front window or shade on the top half so we ended up using a sheet over the window every night.The master bathroom door “stuck” on one side and the other side didn’t open at all. The pool/spa never got warmer than 84 degrees. The lanai doors were out of alignment and difficult to open and more difficult to close. Several lights were missing bulbs. As I said, the managers were top notch but the owner needs to put some work into the house. If those issues were corrected, we would definitely stay there again as it was a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and overall very comfortable for our month’s stay. (Unfortunately, I had asked several times before renting if the back yard was fully fenced for our little dog and was told it was but it didn’t come up to the house on the sides so I definitely wouldn’t count on a fully enclosed back yard if bringing along your dog).

Reset Vacation

We had a great week! My mom, my best friend, and myself. It was relaxing, quiet, and thoroughly enjoyable. Beaches are within driving distance. The host were wonderful and very responsive from beginning to end. Definitely would recommend!!

Lovely property quiet neighbourhood. House well equipped everything worked well, with bonus of the hot tub and pool. Marcus gave a comprehensive house briefing which helped us settle in straight away. Nothing but a well deserved 5 star rating in all respects.

Moderner top ausgestatter Bungalow in Cape Corall

Wer in einem komfortablen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Bungalow Urlaub machen möchte ist hier richtig. 2 - 4 Personen haben hier reichlich Platz. Hervorzuheben sind vor allem die prima Betten und die supernetten Agenten vor Ort - Sue und Markus - die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat behilflich sind, perfekt deutsch sprechen und den Bungalow mit einem sehr hilfreichen Starterset ausgestattet hatten.

super Floridaurlaub

Das Ferienhaus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen Es war alles vorhanden, was den Urlaub perfekt macht. Ein besonders Highlight war nach unseren Ausflügen der Pool. Das Objekt ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, hat alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Kontakt zu der Verwaltung vor Ort war immer freundlich und verbindlich. Alles in allem war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Great outdoor area and pool!

It was so nice and relaxing.. Sue and Marcus have been great. If you enjoy being outside and swimming, this is the perfect house. This house has a nice fenced yard for privacy. Would highly recommend this house.

Absolute piece of heaven

I cannot tell you how much my family and I enjoyed this experience! I knew right from the start of the booking that it was going to be a wonderful place. Sue always contacted me right away and was extremely helpful, polite and kind. The photos looked gorgeous, but in person it was even MORE beautiful!!!! The rooms were all decorated with such class and fun. My daughters loved the Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn rooms!!!! Every decoration was so cute. The outdoor area was so clean and immaculate with a table for 6 to eat outside! Screened in was a blessing so no bugs. The pool and jacuzzi were both super clean and comfortable. Warm and refreshing. We couldn't have been more relaxed if we tried. Unlike other VRBO we have stayed in, this unit starts you off with a couple of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry pods, etc. It was super convenient!!!! There was also some pool floaties and toys, and we left behind a couple also to join the collection. We had the amazing luck of spotting many cute and beautiful birds, including a burrowing owl (!!!!) The owl we saw multiple nights! The yard was upkept lovely, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We never saw or heard a soul! Manuel made both the check in and check out process very easy and was extremely friendly and kind. Sue was an absolute doll and very helpful and understanding. This place had everything you could ask for, and more. We definitely made some core memories as a family together here. We plan to return again year after year if we can afford to! Even though hurricane Ian was recent, Sue kept us updated honestly and this villa had no impact. We still had lots of fun on our trip and we enjoyed many activities. You are in a great location that's a quiet neighborhood but drive just 5 minutes and you can find a Publix or Walmart or Culver's. We found a Christmas village, a dolphin cruise, sun Harvest citrus Grove and visited Siesta Key Beach. We even fed baby alligators at Smugglers Cove. Usually when we go to Florida the kids want to go to Disney, but this adventure was a quarter of the price and we had so much space, privacy and relaxation. I wish I could put into words how happy we all are with the place, but I am no poet. My 5 and 7 year old daughters loved the place and already want to go back. The entire experience was 10/10 and this is run by an amazing kind family whom we hope to do business with again very soon. Rent here you won't regret it! Love from us

What a great stay we had at this home. Sue and Manuel, the property managers, were fantastic from start to finish. The house has every amenity you could want. Located in a very quiet area. A great home for a relaxing get away.

We enjoyed our stay. Awesome pool and hot tub. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Good correspondence with Sue and Marcus. Definitely recommend. Would like to return for future stay.

Wonderful house and outdoor area

Watched the sunrise each morning in the back yard pool area while drinking my coffee . Hot tub was a bonus and very clean . Plenty of lounge chairs and pool area . Very clean and great communication with the mgr.
