Welcome to Casa del Sol. Get ready for a wonderful vacation with the whole family and friends at this large estate with a vast paradise backyard in where you are allowed to play music while having fun at the pool, relaxing with some drinks, or barbecuing. This home has been remodeled and thought of every detail to ensure the best vacation for our guest! Just entering the home you will feel at a luxury resort due to our massive hotel resort like pool with plenty of features for the entire family to enjoy. The pool has two tanning self in where you can sit or lie down on the water and two waterfalls. Outdoor ping pong table, and plenty of grass areas for the kids to run and play sports. Inside the house there is a large floor plan for the entire family and friends to have enough space. There is a game room with a modern pool table, large tv, and a sofa bed. There is also a guest house outside of the main house with a foosball table, and a full kitchen. When it comes to mealtimes, our kitchen is fully equipped for small quick meals or large holiday gatherings. Make the most of our great weather by firing up the Barbecue grill and savour an al fresco dining experience under the stars. We can't wait to offer you the best resort like vacation to your family and friends!

Great girls getaway and great backyard!

Baller house. Lots to do to keep you entertained and relaxed. Plenty of indoor space and spacious living and dining areas. Ideal for large groups (10). Just a few things to note: the front door needs fixing (was a fight to get it to open, even when a property manager was there), the kitchen needed a good mopping, carpets need cleaning and a few little touch up repairs (paint chipping, etc) would make this STELLAR! It was a great place with comfy beds and I can’t say enough about the backyard pool, spa and landscaping! Chef’s kiss!

Great, quiet place for three couples with beautiful yard.

Stayed with two other couples for four nights to take in the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. Extremely easy check-in and check-out process. Easy to communicate with property managers/owners. Well stocked kitchen and laundry room. Didn’t use the pool, but very nice pool and yard. All three couples had private bathrooms with showers. Large master suite and a nice casita. Only minor complaint was that casita and master suite didn’t have televisions. Casita could have been dusted better, but overall the property was clean. Neighborhood is a little remote, but still only a four to five minute drive to Palm Desert/Rancho Mirage. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Friends and kids galore

We loved all parts if this stay and enjoyed the pool and games. The house was very well kept but would have loved better lighting for living room and kitchen.

Great stay

We came for a family gathering and were able to house 8 of us adults comfortably. The pool was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Hector was very responsive and hospitable. Thanks for a great trip!

It’s always nerve-racking searching for a bigger property, but this house is pictured exactly how it is! Extremely clean, extra linens and towels, full kitchen set up, and Hector and Jesus are the best hosts. Check-in was easy and their videos on how to use remotes were super clear. Absolutely a fantastic stay and cannot recommend more!

The Best of Thousand Palms

This home is truly a Dream! The property manager was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We received check in information and the house rules before we arrived. The house is exactly as advertised.. and more! Just short a bathroom for our large group, otherwise PERFECT! The neighborhood is nice and quiet for morning walks. Plenty of space to park our cars safely in a private gated driveway. The living room and couch is big and comfortable. Enough room for all of us to enjoy movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. Also clean and organized. A nice long dining table with 10 comfy chairs. We enjoy meals together. Not sure if the dishwasher was working or just user error. The beds were extremely comfortable...lots of pillows. The 90 degree pool was the best part. Comfortable sun chairs and the pool umbrella was a nice touch. Unfortunately the sprinklers would put a sudden end to a picnic on the grass, but the large patio table made up for it. This house also stood up to a terrible storm. No flooding. We spent the morning in the spa until the rain ran us inside. The house was so comfortable we barely knew what was happening outside. Side note: Make sure to lock the front door otherwise the wind will blow it open. We enjoyed this Luxurious Dream Home and Hector gets 5 gold stars. We highly recommend it for your next dessert get away.

Wonderful

The property is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. Beautiful front entrance and large driveway for multiple vehicles. Main house has 3 bedrooms with an additional casita. Backyard and pool was massive. We had plenty of room to swim and hangout without feeling cramped. I liked there was 2 separate TVs with Streaming so the kids and adults can watch separate movies. Wal Mart was less than 10mins away. Super easy to get to. All in all this was a great place to stay.

Palm Springs Paradise

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Property! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well take care of and has a wonderful pool/spa. Jesus and Hector sent clear communication and videos on how to use certain things at the house and the minute we reported an with the door and waterfall, they were on it and got it fixed. Communicating with both of them was easy and quick, and really just helped us feel at home. We had 10 people in our group and there was more than enough room for everyone and the beds were AMAZING! We definitely will be staying here again when we come back! Thank you so much Jesus & Hector! You have such a beautiful home!

Amazing Stay at Casa Del Sol

Gorgeous home with a fabulous backyard! Resort style pool with 2 waterfalls, beautiful landscape, and comfy lounge chairs. Perfect setting to entertain family and friends. The home was equipped with all the necessities. Comfy beds and a stylish decor add to the desirability of this desert home. Plenty of towels and pool amenities, including ping pong and pool toys. Inside there is a huge couch and tv for enjoying young favorite sporting event or show. The home has a poolroom with pool table and large screen tv for further entertainment. Hector and Jesus were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and attentive, making sure you have everything you need for a great trip. Can’t go wrong with this property. Our stay at Casa Del Sol will be a trip to remember! Thank you Hector and Jesus!

BNP Paribas Tennis Trip

Perfect place and location for our tennis trip. Easy access to Indian wells and tennis courts for us to play in the mornings. Nice, quiet and private location. Met at the property by the property manager who walked us through the on-site amenities. Heated pool and spa wore well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house and relaxing trip

The host, Hector, was great! Very communicative and friendly from start to checkout. The house is clean, up to date on all things, and is amazing for our larger group with mix of age groups. Perfect space for everyone inside house, no one felt crammed, the layout of all rooms is ideal. We had a couple kids that went to sleep around 8pm every night in their room and weren’t bothered by the rest of the group staying up late. The pool & bbq (near kitchen door) and outdoor space and lounge furniture with umbrellas is perfect. Was nice that The security gate in driveway can close behind our several cars parked made us feel secure and safe. Quite neighborhood tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac street. We never saw or heard anyone else on street, felt secluded and relaxing. Definitely more than 5 stars rating. We look forward to this house again for upcoming family/group trips. Thanks Hector!!!

Great house, great size, great everything!

We had a great experience for our family vacation. The house size was great, 3 bedrooms in the mail house. The guest house in the back had an additional room with its own kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is a great size and very nice! Best of all we were able to play our music while hanging out in the pool which is RARE in Palm Springs. Hector was extremely helpful. Any questions or concerns we’re promptly assessed by Hector. He even greeted us upon check in, very professional. Overall no complaints. We had a great time. Kids also had a blast as well. We 10000% recommend it. Thank you Hector! We can’t wait to come back!

Hector, the host was very accommodating. I was there celebrating 40th bday and he had a bottle of champagne waiting for me. House is very roomy, living room is great place to sit and relax. Pool table was used all weekend! Pool and spa are spacious! Overall, we had a great stay and would rent this home again!

Excellent

What an incredible stay!! We had a blast with our family and friends! The house is larger and nicer than in the pics! Our family really enjoyed the large backyard and being able to play music with a bluetooth. The backyard is a resort! Hector was super nice and told us about all the nearby restaurants , shopping etc. The house is just minutes to everything. We are already planning when to return, we had a great time, and it was all very beutiful! Thanks for sharing this amazing home!
