Casa Condesa is the ideal place to spend a good vacation, from a couple of days to a couple of months.

You will find yourself located just over a block from a Guadalajara Pharmacy, just a few blocks from banks, restaurants and supermarkets (Costco, La Comer, Walmart), a few minutes by car, public or private transportation from the best beaches, the Malecon , 10-15 minutes from La Marina, the airport and the most important shopping malls in the city.

2 week holiday

Everything was great but life is not perfect and the water filter on the fridge broke. George was awesome he couldn't get it fixed but drlivered water to us. As well a lovely box of chocolates and a bottle of wine! Only thing is the listing states 3 bathrooms and it was 2.5

A relaxing week at Casa Condesa

Overall, perfect stay with family. Arturo welcomed us when we arrived, and Mayra came by before we left. The place was clean and air conditioned. Even though it rained on some days, we enjoyed using the pool. As for the location, it was safe and convenient to be near Costco and Walmart for quick groceries or bbq. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future return!

Delightfully Wonderful

Place is clean and beautiful. Staff are kind, approachable, accommodating, and beyond helpful. Georges, the owner, quick to reply to questions, provide suggestions, and even allowed us to stay a couple of extra hours for free as we had a late departure. This house is in a quiet and pretty neighborhood nearby Costco and other markets and cute little restaurants. Highly recommended. It is a distance from the Malecon. However, it is a quick ride on uber. When we return to PVR, we hope to be able to stay here again. It was a great choice! Thank you, Georges!

Comfortable, spacious, and beyond clean.

My husband and I traveled to PV to attend a family function and were looking for a place with plenty of room and a great location. George’s’ property truly exceeded our expectations. The house is located in a great area and it is easy to travel south or north of town. The property is relatively new and extremely clean. There are three bedrooms and we only used one, but I am sure the other beds were as comfortable as the one in the main alcove. We enjoyed seating outside by the plunge pool at night with a glass of wine and light snacks. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. Georges and Mayra were the most responsive and efficient hosts we’ve ever had. They took care of every single detail and made us feel welcome. Thank you, guys! We will be sure to rent this lovely property next time we visit PV.:)

Must rent again!

The best short term rental experience. Beautiful, spacious, peaceful. Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Rented home so I can visit with family that live in Puerto Vallarta and it felt like my home away from home. Missed nothing from my actual home, which can happen when traveling. Hosts were in constant communication which was great. Stayed for a week and cleaning lady came mid week, which was great. Pool guy came several times which gave us peace of mind. The while experience renting and staying here was just the best. Thank you. Will rent again.
