Njut av panoramautsikt över den vackra Banderasbukten och Stilla havet västerut till de berömda Los Arcos klippformationerna från privata terrasser i denna fristående tvåvåningshus, 3-sovrum, 3-badiga casa inbäddat på den frodiga kustnära sluttningen vid Villas Altas Garza Blanca, ligger en kort bilresa söder om Puerta Vallarta, och en enkel 5-10 minuters promenad ner till två stränder.

Lås upp den välvda smidesjärnporten från kullerstensfältet och steg upp till en privat muromgärdad uteplats med pool och fontän. Inuti den charmiga casaen med sina traditionella vitkalkade väggar, takbjälkar och terrakottagolv, förbered dig på att bli wowed av den expansiva havsutsikten från den öppna planlösningen matsal, kök och rymlig uteplats. Härifrån kommer du till det perfekta tillståndet av avkoppling genom havet och ljudet av havet, och utsikt runt bukten av stränder, dramatiska kustkullar och Puerta Vallarta på avstånd. (Även valar och delfiner kan upptäckas då och då!)
Från bottenvåningen leder några steg upp till det ljusa, rymliga tredje sovrummet med king size-säng, luftkonditionering, semi-ensuite bad, väster om poolen och söder utsikt över den charmiga blomma fodrad körfält och den grönskande grön sluttning bortom. Ultimate Vacation

The property is a complete gem. Total indoor/outdoor living, with the best views in Puerto Vallarta. We made great use of the kitchen and grilling area, and everything we needed to prepare meals was at our fingertips. Location is fabulous, with only a short drive or taxi into the heart of the action in PV. We’ve already book our stay for next March! Ken was fantastic to deal with and always responded immediately to any inquiries we had. Support staff were also great and attentive to our needs. Can’t say enough great things about this property and the owner.

Great place to stay…

Ken, the property owner was very responsive from the beginning of the process to the end of our stay. The house was wonderful and both our chefs were amazing. The house is also close to pretty much anything you might want to do. Our stay was wonderful. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in PV, Casa Loma should be on your list.

Peaceful Oasis in PV with a Million Dollar View

Couldn’t have wished for a better spot to relax and enjoy PV with family. Drop dead gorgeous views day and night. Inside-outside living, big infinity pool, comfy lounge chairs and a fully equipped kitchen… the decor is lovely and finishes are quality / authentic. Perfect place to come home to after a day exploring. Easy to get around via bus / Uber. Quiet at night. 10/10!

Never disappoints

This is our third stay and we have everything down to a science. It is a very well maintened property, and well equipped. It is very helpful to have someone to help with provisions, and cook if that is something you want to do. Romantica Zone is a quick ride and using Uber is very easy. It just seemed this visit neighbor was more sensitive to noise so keep that in mind when renting

Fab getaway

Beautiful and comfortable villa with incredible views made for the perfect getaway for a group of 6. Wonderful staff, responsive host. Wifi could be stronger to make this location perfect, but we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing experience!

We absolutely loved staying at Ken’s property just outside the Zona Romantica. The view was incredible, we witnessed some beautiful thunderstorms, and the staff he recommended were all very kind and cooked delicious breakfasts/dinners. It’s nice to stay outside the downtown area but still be so close. Definitely recommend :)

Stunning & Private!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this stunning villa and charming property. Well appointed, clean, and private. We loved the warm pool and patio - better than a resort! Great location to enjoy south shore and easy Uber rides to town for dinners and adventures. Absolutely fabulous stay. We’d definitely book this again.

Relaxing - beautiful - wonderful holiday

A little piece of paradise! Loved our stayed - home was well appointed, beds were amazing! Had everything we needed! What can you say about the patio and pool and that view! Stunning, comfortable, and wonderful!

This villa is thoughtfully laid out to capture the extraordinary views. The pool was gently warmed and out 7-year old barely got out the whole trip. Cooking was easy with the well appointed kitchen. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Place in PV

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Puerto Vallarta. Lower key and away from the crowds were what we were looking for, so this house was perfect. The view is amazing. The host was very easy to get in contact with and responds quickly. Both breakfast with Conchi and massages with Erika were great and very easy to coordinate. We loved this house and hope to return very soon!

A Wonderful Experience

A wonderful and quiet retreat! This place has everything you need to sit back, relax, and soak up the best of Mexico. We were a little concerned at first that we might be too far from town or face inconveniences, but this is not the case at all. Taxis and Uber are abundant and we had no issues getting to and from the house at all. We would highly recommend this place.

Way beyond our expectations!

We stayed an entire week here at this beautiful villa. It is spacious, well equipped, and absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed taking a dip in the pool at the end of each day. The views from every room are breathtaking! Ken made sure that we had everything we needed, even great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and shopping. This is a special place and we can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing Property / Great View / Awesome Pool

My wife and I stayed with another couple at this wonderful property just south of Puerto Vallerta and Zona Romantica. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool which has a great view of Bahía de Banderas. We felt like we had a great deal of privacy due to the way the complex was designed. Ken was a very accomodating host and provided useful information about great places to eat, how to get around the area, and fun things to do. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Vallarta and recommend it to people who enjoy beautiful scenery and relaxing while floating in a pool.

My wife and I bought the property 6 years ago and enjoy in greatly with our family. We are from Toronto and are both still working but plan to spend more time here when we retire.

This place has special views. Unobstructed views to the North and West make this place unique. At the same time we are only 5 or 10 minutes from two beautiful beaches. It feels like the best of both worlds. We are just outside the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta but are just minutes away by bus, car, taxi or Uber if we want to get to the action of the city.
