*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

**** Use of the condominium's barbecue area for an additional charge, in accordance with established rules;

***A deposit of R$1500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Suite 4 (Superior): 3 single beds, 1 auxiliary bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and has recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment.
