YOUR SPACE

There’s a definite Tuscan ski chalet vibe to the layout and presentation of the whole house, with high ceilings and large windows increasing the spaciousness of the property.

LIVING ROOM
The front door opens straight into the main living area, and you’ll immediately see plenty of places to sit and relax. Try the armchairs in the bay window, or the sofa in the center of the room that gives you a great view of the 50-inch flat screen TV that’s wall mounted above the fireplace. You can access Netflix and other streaming services from this TV and the other TV in the master bedroom.

KITCHEN
There’s yet more seating in the adjacent kitchen area, thanks to the breakfast bar and stools. A great place to sip your morning coffee and plan the day’s events. Or just somewhere to watch whoever’s preparing the next meal do their thing. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen contain all the cookware you’re likely to need, and there are all the appliances you’d expect from a modern home right here.

DINING ROOM
Next to the kitchen is your dining table with chairs for all guests, so you can gather together to celebrate a special family or friends occasion, or maybe host a work meeting or play card or board games in the evenings. It’s up to you!

3 BEDROOMS
Whichever bedroom ends up being yours, you can be sure of a super comfy bed to sleep in and plenty of space to store your belongings. One bedroom has a kingsize bed with a double vanity bathroom and a 50-inch TV. The other two both feature queen beds. We’ll leave it to you to decide who sleeps where!

2 BATHROOMS
The guest bathroom has a tub with a shower overhead, plus a WC and wash basin. The King bathroom has a walk in shower and double vanity. Your hosts will provide good quality towels for all guests to use during your stay.

OUTSIDE SPACE
How about cozying up on the swing bench at the front of the house with a drink in hand in the morning and evening and enjoying the quiet of the local neighborhood? There’s also a huge back yard with a covered patio, offering up a variety of places to sit and relax. The trees around the property will give you the privacy you need, and the fire pit gives you a great place to all gather and catch up. Enjoy cooking outdoors on our gas grill and gather around the large table on the covered patio for al fresco meals surrounded by trees.

PARKING
There is plenty of free parking at the front of the house, with a huge area by the large garage available for multiple vehicles, including RVs and boat trailers.

REMOTE WORKING
If you’re looking for somewhere to escape to and get some work done, here is the ideal location. The table in the dining room area offers up a great space to spread out your laptop and papers and get down to work. And with fast Wi-Fi serving the entire house, keeping in touch with customers, colleagues and clients is really easy.

UTILITY ROOM
Exploring the great outdoors can lead to clothes getting a little messy. But with your own washer dryer in the house, keeping your clothes clean is quick and easy.

You’ll need to drive to Bend. It’s easily accessed from the freeway via Butler Market.

Once you get to the house, you’ll find plenty of parking space for vehicles of all sizes.

And it’s all just a 10 min drive to downtown Bend and only 7 mins to the nearest grocery store, Natural Grocers.

Also, Bend has Uber and is a great town to bring your bikes.

As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, all guests are politely asked to be respectful and to follow the Bend good neighbor guidelines, with quiet hours starting from 10pm.

Queen air mattress for extra guests

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy, both inside and outside our home. We want everyone to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings!

If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. This helps us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us maintain a healthy and smoke-free environment!

We love having pets stay and want to keep our home a relaxing retreat for everyone! Please pick up after your pet so we can all enjoy the beautiful space. A $50 fee will apply if we need to handle any pet cleanup.

Although we clean thoroughly between stays, those occasional rogue hairs may still pop up. Thank you for your help in keeping our home pet-friendly and comfortable for all!
