Welcome to Old Mill Proxi. Located in the heart of Bend and walking distance to the Old Mill Districts shops and restaurants,River trail and Les Schwab Amphitheater. Easy access to the Cascade Lakes Highway, Mt Bachelor and all the outdoor activities Central Oregon is known for. Just a short drive to Downtown Bend and the many restaurants and shopping.

The space
Old Mill Proxi is a newly updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings that is tastefully furnished and boasts a roomy living area with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, bar seating for four, dining table for six, washer & dryer, private patio with BBQ, and patio furniture. enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio.

The house was really nice with plenty of space for the four of us. We really liked the back yard and hot tub area and it was great for our two dogs. The house is in a good location. The only thing was the air conditioning didn’t work the whole time we were there. Even on the last day that was actually cooler, we tested it and the air didn’t turn on. We communicated with Arrived, but it didn’t get resolved. They did offer to try and find another house with air conditioning that worked, but we decided to pass since we were already settled. It was a nice offer though.

We appreciated having two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom. There was also a pull out couch downstairs and a half bath. The backyard was spacious, grassed, and fenced - great for outdoor dining. The hot tub was clean and a welcome amenity after long hikes!

Great central home in Bend

Walkable to most things. Comfortable home that has nice secured yard for those quiet hang out and safe for furry rascals. The agency managing was really friendly and attentive, refreshing to see.

Amazing location

Truly amazing stay. Spotless home in a great location. The hosts were extremely responsive and checked in via text frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Really comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. We will be back!

Family Time

My husband and I meet my mom and her husband in Bend every year. This house was clean and a nice walk to the Old Mill. Neighborhood was quiet. So many fun things to look at in the house. Communication with the host was excellent.

Weekend in Bend

We had great time in Bend and this home was in a great location for walking to town. Easy access, clean, great for our family with a dog and had lots of great items for cooking together! Thanks and would love to return for another visit!

Great stay!

It was a beautiful home in a very convenient location! Very close to Mt Bachelor making it super easy to go snowboarding or skiing! The hot tub was really nice after a long day outdoors! Highly recommend!

Great location

Very nice property for 2 couples and dog friendly! Location was close to mill district and easy access to all of Bend and road to Bachelor. Super clean, nice hotub and fenced yard. Would stay again.

Close to everything

The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the layout and that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We enjoyed using the hot tub.We had our 2 dogs with us and having a fenced in backyard was wonderful for traveling with dogs. The location was fantastic. Everything we did was never more than 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for 2 couples

House was super clean & smelled great when we checked it. Was a bit far to walk places but close enough to everything for cheap uber rides. Loved that it had two master suites & two living room areas. Having garage access was handy.

Great neighborhood

We had a couple of glitches. I was told we could drop off coolers and bags earlier than check in time, just call when we get to the property. However, no one returned my call for hours causing us to make other plans. We also didn’t have sheets for the hideaway bed, but they brought those over right away when we called. We enjoyed the property and had a great time. I would use it again.
