This spacious ocean view, 3 BR / 3 BA condo is on the penthouse, 24th floor of Royale Palms Resort, located next to Hilton Myrtle Beach. It has spectacular views HIGH ABOVE the Atlantic Ocean to be enjoyed from your own private balcony, easily accessed from 2 different sliding glass doors. Spend time and enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something cold or hot; entertain your family and friends, and of course, you're always invited to use the owners' fenced-in private pool area for more secluded relaxation.

For our guests who like to explore, you have walking/hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade -- Home to the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing. Great place for families!

Everything is very convenient and easy to navigate. Condo is spacious and a friendly atmosphere. Hosts are easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating! Great value also for a 3 bedroom unit right on the beach. I’ll be returning!

Peaceful, very clean, in perfect atmosphere.

Check in was easy, rooms were very clean, and nicely done, great views ,even better at night. 5 minutes to all great restaurants, shopping, and play.

Great Place

This is a great property. We could see the beach from the balcony. There was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach. We found some shells. It is in a good location. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

Place was very clean and matched description posted online. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 8 people. Views of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Check in/out fast and convenient. Parking in the garage close by.

Everyone enjoyed the facility and the location was very convenient to the shopping areas. The only challenge was not being able to walk from the parking garage directly into the condominium building without riding the elevator to the main floor. We were grateful that our children were old enough to assist with this challenge. We are considering coming back next year.

Excellent property with superb ocean view on the 24th floor.

We spent 4 weeks in this beautiful condo and hated to leave. The condo and property around the area were immaculate giving us the feeling of an upscale vacation. We had a problem with the freezer not freezing but it was handled quickly and professionally. The cookware was high quality which we have rarely found renting other rental properties. The beds were comfortable and a high quality. The property is close to many amenities and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and play in May

We love Kingston Plantation, and enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms 2408. We have rented other units throughout the years at this resort, but this unit was the best stocked in regards to kitchen and beach supplies. The unit is spread out enough for each room to have privacy and individual bathrooms. This works great for our family with both teenage boys and girls. The pool was closed when we arrived but when we asked the resort staff, they opened it quickly. It was only closed due to inclement weather. The location and beach is ideal. We would book this room again.

Very smooth except for the lockbox with the key to the condo would not open upon arrival. Problem was resolved Enjoyed our stay & would rent the condo in the future. Beds were very comfortable & kitchen was equipped superbly. Extra large dining room table was excellent for working a 1,500 piece jigsaw puzzle.

Nice home

We were originally meant to visit the week prior as my parents were visiting from Scotland, but Hurricane Ian came in so it was unsafe. Police had said not to travel to the Myrtle Beach area. We were not allowed to cancel our trip, only reschedule it to another time. But that meant that my parents would no longer be here, so the purpose of the trip was no longer valid, but we didn't want to lose our money, as it was pretty expensive per night. The home was very nice, on the top floor - 24th - so the view was great with a partial view of the ocean. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hosts were very responsive.

Outstanding stay!

Beautiful condo with stunning views! Nicely appointed throughout and exceptionally clean. Convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Host is very organized and communicates great. We will definitely be back!

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and we all enjoy the awesome sunsets covering the ocean.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
