On the main floor are 2 bedrooms, hall bath, two dining tables to seat 10, living area with smart TV, full kitchen with new fridge, and an office area with wireless printer. The basement holds 2 additional bedrooms, open space, laundry area, and a 3/4 bathroom. This home is family-friendly w/a safety gate at top of stairs

Nice home in Beatrice NE

Comfortable house and beds. Well stocked kitchen including some condiments, seasonings, coffee and a few snacks. Nice neighborhood. 2nd bathroom definitely needs updating, however, especially the shower.

Cute and comfy Beatrice home

Our family enjoyed the home. The bedrooms are large and all have closets and comfortable beds. The space was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious home and good location.

Mary’s place was perfect for us as we were attending a cycling event in the area. Plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. Much better value than most of the motels in the area. Clean and well equipped. We will stay again!

Home away from home

We were in town from WI for our son’s wedding. It was a nice place for incoming family to connect before they shuffled off to their hotels. A great place to lay our heads each night. The little bonus snacks and kids toys were sweet to have available.

Beatrice Get-Away

We were needing a place to stay in our home town, as our mother just passed away and her house just sold. Mary was an excellent host, and was very responsive when asked questions. Everything was clean and tidy. The only area that kept me from giving this a full 5 stars is the bathroom in the basement. The shower surprised us in that it was 4 cement walls.

Fantastic property

We stayed for a couple nights over Thanksgiving while in town visiting family. This house was perfect for our family of four. The amenities were just what we needed and communication from the owner was great. I would recommend this house to anyone.

My husband and I love to travel. Especially to NE to visit one of our 3 adult children and our grandbabies!

We purchased this home for a place to stay when we are in town, so when you also stay in our home there are lots of extra amenities that hotels do not provide!

The entire home is for your use. The house sits on a large corner lot with a front patio to enjoy the fresh air. Dog parks and other parks are nearby and there are several sporting events going on throughout the year. Shopping and downtown Beatrice are only a few miles away. This is a nice, quiet area to unwind.
