This is a privately owned unit in this beautiful luxurious hotel. You will be able to enjoy its amenities, however, there are a few guidelines that we need to comply with.

FEES AND DEPOSIT

1. REQUIRED FEES
RESORT FEE: Provide valid credit card and ID for the resort fee.$45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:
* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.
* Sunrise Yoga Classes
* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults
* 2 Bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* local and toll free calls
* Internet access
* access to the pool deck and whirlpool
* Fitness Center

2. OPTIONAL FEES
VALET PARKING - $58/day (plus tax); paid in full at the time of check in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at time of booking if you need parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge, it’s just a hold for incidentals. Anything charged to the room will be deducted from this hold plus a 10% fee.

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room

Hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years old to check in and use hotel services.

The Conrad is a great property!

The Conrad is a great property, view and room were fabulous! Great pool , spa and gym. Location to the beach is excellent. Can’t go wrong with this room for a great vacation experience!

Other than the awful check in process which was totally the fault of the Conrad front desk, our stay was outstanding. Great location, very quiet and clean room, easy access to fantastic pool and right across the street from the beach! Lots of bars and restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Roomy apartment in luxurious hotel

The apartment was much roomier than we had expected. It has a small kitchenette, so we could do our own breakfast and lunch. The balcony is on the sunny side, overlooking the pool, with a view of the ocean. A daily resort fee allowed us use of the pool, beach chairs and towels, as well as bikes. A great benefit! We didn't need a car, as the hotel is very central and close to many excellent restaurants. I would certainly recommend this property!

Fantastic experience in Florida

Just returned home from our trip. We had such a great experience! Located at Conrad, we enjoyed the hotel amenities that made traveling with an infant easier. Huge room with more than enough space for us to spread out. Utilized the pool and beach almost every day. Host was great to work with!

Close to a Perfect Stay

I will start by saying the actual stay at the property/room was amazing! This was close to a perfect stay but fell short due to the check in process which was at 4pm at the earliest. I was aware of the check in time but when it came to 4pm, the 3rd party person that was supposed to be on site to check me in wasn’t there and never responded to my calls. The owner of the property however was very responsive and got in touch with the lady to check us in. After being 17 min late she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. This was the only negative part about the stay. The location is perfect. The room overlooks the pool and is soundproof so you don’t here the music.

Beautiful accommodations at the Conrad!

Our favorite place to stay while at the Ft. Lauderdale boat show each year. Beautiful property with great restaurants, beach and more within steps of the property.
