The Conrad

The property is right across from the beach and along a row of other well-appointed resort properties. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in the spacious suite and took advantage of the pool, pool bar and the Conrad exclusive beach area. I would stay there again and recommend it for location and comfort

Our family loves the Conrad!

This is our second time staying at Conrad with our family. The property is so convenient - walkable to tons of restaurants/bars and the beach which is key with young children! Everyone who works on the property is SO nice and helpful, which just makes the best experience! We were able to check in right at 4pm and it was easy to communicate with the property host. My only feedback is the coffee maker; we inquired about the type ahead of the trip (I was planning to purchase coffee for the week) and we were told they were a special type of nespresso pod you had to order. Given we didn't have time to order them, we were disappointed when we arrived with 1 pod available for us to use...I don't expect to have free coffee for the week, but adding a more versatile coffee maker would make for a way better experience vs. having to go to the lobby and spend $20 on coffee every morning. Other than that we LOVED this place and will continue to return to the Conrad for family vacas!

Great Propety but Communication is Terrible

The property itself was gorgeous! The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, views were gorgeous and it was extremely convenient and close to the beach. I recommend the location 100%. The communication and lack of responsiveness from the Property Manager was the worst I have ever experienced. I did not have any information for a 4pm check check in on how to check in until 3:30pm. I had to call and text several times to receive a response. I was told someone would meet us in lobby at 4pm to get us checked in. We were not met until 4:45pm. We waited for 45 minutes and checked in an hour later than we were supposed to. It was beyond frustrating. Our time was not valued or respected. I requested we be granted an additional hour on our checkout time due to this inconvenience, but was told absolutely not because clearly only their time is respected, not ours. One of the three sinks in our bathrooms were clogged upon arrival and the property manager ignored several texts about the clog and then told me nothing could be done about it until we checked out. When I would try to discuss the issues with the property manager they would just continuously remind me how beautiful the condo is and what a great deal I got on it. Even though we did not book directly through the hotel, the hotel staff was extremely nice, and helped us the best that they could. If it wasn’t for the property manager, this would be the most amazing place to stay.

Great location great view, a few surprises

This condo is embedded in the Conrad Hotel. So when you get there you will presented with Resort and Valet parking fees at $100/day. All above your VRBO costs. The place doesn’t have a complete kitchen, almost no pots and pans, no large bowls, no Oven. The coffee maker is an off brand with hard to find pods. But you will love the views! Also, for your resort fee, you get maid and towel service daily. It would be a 4.5 except for kitchen and extra fees.

Great spot for a weekend trip!

I had a great time and loved the location to restaurants, clubs and the beach. It is the Conrad hotel which adds a resort fee and parking. It would have good to know ahead of time but still a good trip.

Not a great experience

The check in process is very chaotic. The ambassador told us they will hold our luggage, the Conrad will not. The unit desperately needs painted outside and the master patio door is almost impossible to open. There is no oven, and tiny pots and pans, but there is a turkey baster. This is a unit for a family and there is a tiny skillet. When my concerns were told to the host, who reached out to me, they did nothing but argue with me. We would not use this host again.

Relaxing unit with great balcony

Love the Conrad. The service from the staff was incredible all week. The owner provided a quick tour of the unit and thoughtfully dropped off Nespresso pods for the machine so we had enough. The bedding is comfortable and it was easy to get clean towels from housekeeping. We were able to get our own groceries delivered and had most meals in the unit. The only thing the unit is lacking is a skillet big enough for the six guests the unit holds. We had to cook eggs in two rounds and there weren't many forks. I'm sure it's a challenge because I'm sure guests take silverware but with cleaning fees being what they are, someone should inventory missing silverware or dishes each stay and charge people who take them so they can be replaced before the next guest stays. That being said I would highly recommend this unit without hesitation.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The listing was as described and pictured. We loved the unit and it was large enough for our family. Beautiful balcony views. The hosts were responsive and check in was a breeze. The guys on the beach renting chairs were fun and helpful. This is a really great place! We want to rent this again in the future!

There were a few minor issues - noisy plumbing, too few wine glasses and not great frying pan - but none of that affected our stay. KeyOne was very responsive. Everyone who worked at the hotel was super nice and helpful. The food at the pool bar wasn’t all that good but wait staff was amazing. The apartment itself was wonderful because the bedding and sheets and towels were super luxurious. The deck makes the entire place because it is large and has a great view. We will return and hope the little things get some attention.

Great condo

There was a discrepancy with the check in and out time but the property manager was very apologetic and sent a bottle of wine to the condo. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Great location and would stay there again.
