You will have beautiful views of the river and back bays from your own private balcony. The sugar white sand beaches are only a few steps away directly across the street. You can launch your paddleboard or kayak right from the private beach on Ole River.

Local entertainment abounds on the Alabama Gulf Coast. You are within a short drive of the best restaurants in Orange Beach and also a few in the Perdido Key area. You're just a short walk or a 1 minute drive from the world famous Flora-Bama. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Wonderful NYE Weekend Stay

We had a wonderful time in staying in this unit for a NYE Weekend trip. The place was wonderfully designed and decorated. It had a great view of the bay as well. It was so cozy, welcoming and everything we could have asked for. It was very clean and the managnement company did a great job communication details. I hope to stay there again in the future! We didn't want to leave.

Just as advertised, and then some.

Condo was beautiful, had everything we needed, and some things we didn’t know we needed. Super clean, newly renovated, great location. Almost didn’t want to leave such a glowing review, lest it be rented next time we visit! LOL

Absolutely beautiful!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spotless. It was decorated so tastefully. The views were outstanding. We spent the majority of our time on the deck when we were at the condo. We saw a manatee, a sting ray, numerous birds and more dolphins than we could count right off of our balcony. The bathrooms were top notch with THREE shower nozzles. The furniture was tastefully beachy and comfortable. The whole aesthetic was spot on. Whoever decorated this unit needs to be commended. The kitchen had high end appliances and everything we needed. The coffee maker built in to the refrigerator was very cool! The beds were very comfortable. There were extra pillows and blankets in each closet. The AC worked very well. The walk across the street to the beach was easy. We were close to everything we needed. This place is a gem. We didn't want to leave! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
