*** Fantastisk utsikt från denna enhet!*** Denna underbara enhet är mycket väl inredda och dekorerade att behaga ögon! Den har 2 sovrum med 2 badrum med golv till tak fönster i huvudsak vardagsrummet med utsikt över den vackra pooler, badringar, och utsikt över bukten !! Du har den bästa utsikten!

Vardagsrummet har en 42 "platt-TV med satellit-programmering och en DVD-spelare. Det finns också en bekväm utdragbar drottning soffa. I vardagsrummet har plats för 5-6 mycket bekvämt! Den våta bar är mycket stort och har en ismaskin och bar sjunka. Master Suite har en king size säng med 32 "platt-TV för bildupplevelsen. Befälhavaren badrummet har en jacuzzi för avkoppling och en separat dusch! Sovrum 2 har en bekväm dubbelsäng och 27 "platt-TV. Den rymliga gästtoalett är ansluten till gästrummet och har en Bad / dusch. Denna enhet sover sex. Köket är fullt utrustat med matlagning, matplats och servering redskap / rätter med ett bord med plats för sex och en hög bardisk med plats för tre. Denna enhet är ljust, festligt, mycket inbjudande och redo för en strand semester.

Wi-Fi Internet för alla som vistas i detta ENHET !!! Barnen kommer att älska vattenrutschbana och poolområdet! Alla kommer att njuta flyter på "lazy river"! Det finns 2 utomhuspooler och barnpoolen för de små. Inuti faciliteter inkluderar en uppvärmd pool, badtunnor, bastu och gym. Upplysta tennisbanor på taket! En putting green erbjuds också för att öva på den stora kurs!

Family vacation

The property was gorgeous, everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The property had everything we needed for our stay with a gorgeous view of the lazy river from our balcony! The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice! I loved the jet tub, but I believe it hadn't been used in awhile, when I first started it some black stuff came out of the jets so I had to drain and refill it, after that it worked great! Our kiddos 10yrs, and 15months had a blast, the pools were clean and the hot tubs were the best! Located about a 5min drive from public beaches and restaurants! Would 10/10 recommend! The only thing is with our 15month old there was no highchair so we had to bring our own, also we had to move some of the decor, there were flowers in pots on the tables and I was worried he would break them.

Tired condo

We chose the condo at Phoenix on the Bay primarily because of its location. We have stayed in other units in the same building and enjoyed great experiences. This one seemed a bit tired. There was a crack along a seam in the kitchen counter. Two of the four lights over the primary bathroom vanity were burned out. There was a dead roach on the floor of the primary bedroom. The thermostat was basic and the buttons on it hard to read (so that we couldn't figure out how to regulate the temperature). The ice maker in the living room bar was noisy. All of these little things made it feel as if no one loves this unit or takes pride in it.

We love Phoenix on the Bay and this was the perfect unit for us! Love the balcony view! Everything was nice and clean!

First time to the bay!!

First time to orange beach/bay! Very nice place, awesome lazy river, with lots of amenities. Had a great time and was very clean and comfortable. Limitedly stock. Bring own supplies such as paper plates, pool towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc

Checking in the clerk was extremely rude. She couldnt find the paperwork she needed so she was slamming things. Not one time did she say please or thank you. Very short and rude

Spring get away

The room was perfect. Just as expected. Decorations were just wonderful, very clean unit, had right amout of kitchen needs. Will definitely try to book this unit again.

The Water Amenities DO NOT WORKING... and they just said that I suppose to receive a discount rate because a surprise was on my way without telling me before I make my reception. Until I was in the Lobby of this condo.

Great stay

This was perfect for our family, close to town but yet enough away from the busy city! The place was clean and pleasant! We would come back in a heartbeat. (The Lazy River was not in service during our stay as they were doing repairs , which was a bummer, but glad they were making sure it was up to par for future use.)

Great Location, Spacious, and Friendly

The staff members were extremely friendly, the grounds were clean, and the condo was spacious and comfortable. Although the weather was too cool to really take advantage of it, the outdoor facilities were top notch. There was a pool, a small water slide, a lazy river, etc … There was also an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Perhaps the most underrated aspect of this condo is its location. It is near everything, but the street it is on (Canal) is not nearly as busy and hectic as some of the other areas. I only have two complaints. First, after being assessed a cleaning fee as part of our rental fee, I expected the tile floors to be cleaner than they were. The first night we were in the condo, our white socks looked like we had worn them to walk on the asphalt. The second issue was that the main tv in the living room appeared to be missing a remote(s) which prevented us from being able to use the tv. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Very relaxing

So enjoyed this unit. Didn’t get to use pool as much as would have liked to because of thunderstorms but enjoyed patio. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. Nice furniture. Great location. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pot holders would have been nice. And better pillows for the front bedroom. But would definitely stay here again.

Better Phoenix rentals available

I’ve stayed at many different condos at Phoenix on the Bay for the past 15 years. This one was our least favorite. Don’t expect White Shores Realty to respond to your attempts to communicate by e-mail or VRBO messaging. Sent 3 e-mails & a message which all were not acknowledged. On our first day there was a live cockroach in the kitchen & there is a large water stain above the toilet in the master room which was gross to always have to see. Ice machine in the living room is broken as well as a chair leg that we kept having to fix everytime it was sat in. The AC is not working properly…it didn’t always feel cool during the day but it was freezing at night so it constantly had to be adjusted. The bed skirt in the master bedroom is ripping on the corners so it should be replaced. The TV in the living room is old, so the kids were disappointed to always have to go to the master bedroom to watch Netflix in the evenings. Location on the 1st floor is awesome, but we definitely won’t be staying again as there are many other condos that are up-to-date & much nicer.
