You and your family will love this fantastic, 3-bdrm condo! This 8th-floor, corner unit has a wraparound balcony with beautiful views to both the west and the south, with access from both the main living area and the master bedroom. The full kitchen is stocked with with cooking tools, plates, etc. The unit also has a washer/dryer, a storage closet, and a pullout couch. TVs are in the main living area plus in each of the 3 bedrooms.

This condo is in the beautiful Seaside Resort in the heart of Orange Beach, just minutes from the Gulf State Park.

The view of the beach and the Gulf is fantastic, and you can use the short walk-over path from the Seaside resort to access the beach. The resort includes 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool, in addition to tennis and pickleball courts, a weight room, a sauna, and a steam room.

Upon arrival, the guest will need to purchase a parking pass at the entrance gate for $50. The pass is good for the entire stay.

The pricing for this unit has an automatic 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more.

Nice Condo on BEAUTIFUL beach

Stayed a week at this lovely condo in Orange Beach. The view from bedroom and living room is stunning. Contacted the owners and they contacted me back quickly and took care of everything. Recommend this condo if you're looking for a great place to stay.

Great stay!

From booking to check-in to checkout, our stay was effortless. Host communication was on point. Unit was spacious, clean, and appropriately stocked. Gorgeous ocean view from wraparound balcony. We enjoyed the property's amenities, especially the indoor pool. Parking fee was steep for a 2-night stay, but that just is what it is. We were in town for an air show at NAS Pensacola, and this was a great spot within a short drive of the NAS

Great place with amazing views.

This is a great place with amazing views of the beach with tons of angles to view from this corner condo. There are some dated older features with this condo. Almost everything is labeled to help guest know what everything does such as light switches.

Great view, good water pressure, spacious. Property needs a deep cleaning. Main TV remote did not work. Sliding door from living room to balcony was non-functional - maintenance came to repair but unable to resolve. Comfortable condo, but could use some updates

Great pools, great balcony, great location!

Great overall experience!!! Only 3 small issues! Nothing that hindered our vacation. Great amenities and location! For the bad, we were not able to get the main sliding glass door open, but there were 2 other doors to go out of. So it was fine. Toilet was right next to the wall in the bathroom, need to knock out that wall because it serves no purpose. Barely could use it sitting down. And there were no batteries in the living room remote. I don’t think the remote works anyways, Tried to put the other batteries in it, didn’t work. But other than that, everything was great.Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Beach trip

The condo was great. Wrap around porch and 3 bedroom 2 bath was perfect for our family. The host was quick to help with a sliding door issue. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. The building was good. Parking easy, elevator worked well. The only pool we used was the smaller one but was great.

Beautiful Views!

First time to Orange Beach and it did not disappoint! The condo was spacious and nice! The wrap around porch was awesome with gorgeous views of the gulf and beach! A few minor problems - electrical issues that could not be resolved while we were there. Some areas weren’t cleaned all that well. I ended up cleaning and organizing all the cabinets in the kitchen. Overall we would stay here again!

Great View

Perfect place to stay in Orange Beach. Hosts were easy to reach. The three views of the gulf was amazing. I hope to return and stay here again. The balcony was my favorite place. Beautiful and a great birthday trip.

Awesome view

This place is an amazing location with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony with a wrap around street view as well. It is super close to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. The hosts are very nice and responsive to messages. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The only negative is the super small washer and dryer and lack of adequate towels for the number of guests. I spent a lot of time washing towels two at a time. My suggestion is bring extra from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Very out dated and not clean

Over priced for what it was. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty, cookware was in terrible condition. We were asked to load and run the dishwasher before we left( which is fine), but there was no dishwasher soap!

Not terrible, but over priced

Property was ok, could use updated. No toliet paper or trash bags supplied. Several carpentry damaged ares. For example master bathroom door tore up at the bottom, master bedroom corner ceiling near balcony look like it may have some water damage, the recliner was very dirty, staine and greasy, screen patio door was off the hinge sitting against the wall, bathroom handrails rusty. Not young child friendly with glass tables. Found several personal items from previous guest under master bed.

Orange Beach Vacay 2024

We had a wonderful time! The view was spectacular! The condo had everything we needed and the Koscos were great to work with. My daughter left a pair of sandals at the condo. They found them for us and are shipping them to us. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby but yet you are only 10 minutes from Gulf Shores or 5 minutes from Florabama if you want more excitement. It was just a short walk to the beach which is gorgeous. There was plenty of room in the condo for 5 adults and the pools were nice too.

Great location, not so great condo experience

This condo is perfectly located on the beach. It was easy to make trips between beach and condo, even with a 1 and a 4-year-old. The condo had everything we needed i.e. garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, but no toilet paper or paper towel (we prepared the other way). The main bathroom was a small/weird layout for two people so it was hard to bath my kid - we had to use the master bathtub. The appliances were all outdated - fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The dryer was loud & the buzzer when it was done was annoying. I just finished telling my husband how loud everything was in our condo, when the elevator just outside the 2nd bedroom broke. It was banging open and closed the entire night. I told the owner, they told the building manager who said it was fine. It was not. This door was banging open constantly all night long, for 3 nights. I reached out about this multiple times, to the owner, and the building manager, I even took a video since it seemed like no one believed me. Finally, I requested - more like begged - the building manager shut off the elevator the last night we were there since we had an 18-hour drive the next morning, and they did. I wasn't overly impressed with how that was handled, and it did not help us to relax during the downtime on our vacation. Our teen had to sleep on the couch and even that wasn't far enough away from the banging So, great location but our family didn't have the best experience at this condo.

Very nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay! It was in a good location and a simple walk to the room and beach for my momma. Had a small hiccup with the elevator being unavailable for a bit, but our hosts were wonderful about it and helped us stay informed on the situation. (There was another elevator available to us just a little further away.) Condo was comfy and had everything we needed.

Relaxing and peaceful

Enjoyed the condo. The view is amazing! We were on the eighth floor which was perfect for the view. The elevator is slow and could use some updating. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes and the condo could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that, it was perfect!

Retirees break

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo was great and situated on the beach just as we like it. There were three of us and we rarely left our comfortable abode. We came for a peaceful stay and we found it. Thank you so much!
