Denna enhet är en utmärkt plats för familjer på en budget! Det har nyligen uppdaterats med våra gäster i åtanke. Vi strävar efter att skapa ett utrymme som du vill ringa ditt hem hemifrån. Rymmer upp till 10 personer bekvämt. Med totalt 8 bäddar kan det låta varje person i din fest ha sin egen säng att sova i. Att ha omedelbar tillgång till stranden är en annan bonus på denna plats.

Kvinnliga havssköldpaddor börjar komma till land på kvällen längs Orange Beach-stränderna ner genom Pensacola i maj för att lägga sina ägg. Inkubationsperioden varar ungefär två månader, och bonar börjar kläcka i juli och fortsätter i slutet av oktober.

Vi vill påpeka, medan denna lägenhet ligger på stranden, har balkongen i din lägenhet inte en direkt utsikt över stranden.

Hela rymden ingår i denna hyra inklusive 4 pooler (utomhus), en takterrass och under våren och sommaren en snackbar vid poolen. Snälla, gör dig själv hemma.

Vid ankomst måste parkeringskort köpas för 25 dollar / bil. Detta möjliggör upp till 2 bilar per enhet för att komma åt vår täckta parkering på plats.

Strandstol och paraplyuthyrning är tillgängliga för $ 50. Detta pris täcker hela din vistelse. Meddela oss via HA för att få tillgång till Beach Rentals.

Great location

Great location. Clean apartment. The kids loved the pools. Short walk to the beach. Only thing I would change is giving more toilet paper, paper towels and definitely one more garbage bag. Also seems strange to have to pay for parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

It was noted that it sleeps 8 but I would only recommend that if you’re bringing kids not all adults. Smaller than expected but we still managed to have a great time. Location was excellent

Great location

Location was the best appeal to this property as the beach wasn’t crowded at all! Very close to numerous restaurants as well. Kids enjoyed all the pools!

Great condo!

Condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy

Great price, great condo inside and the pools were nice. Snack bar was convenient to pools. Beach front with rental chairs! Bunk bed room does have the master bath but i found it best for my older kids so they were not in and out!!! The other bath was great! Being on first floor is a must!!! Oh and i meet some of the best people!!

This condo was cute and comfy. Right on the beach so its very convenient. The hallways are a little weird but it wouldnt stop me from renting here again. Loved it 🏖️

Wonderful stay

We stayed at sugar beach for the weekend for my daughter's wedding. Not knowing my daughter's room was just across the hallway so it worked out great when we were getting ready for the wedding. Everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back.

FAMILY VACATION

The condo was in a GREAT location. Access to the beach was easy, leaving the condo any time of the day was easy. The only problem I had was a curtain for a door to the bathroom in the 2nd bedroom. I LOVED the kitchen and livingroom set up; for my family it was great.

Great beach break

The condo was perfectly fine for our trip, with everything needed for a nice time at the beach. The beach here was great for the kids - super soft sand, gentle waves and a gradual drop. Inside the condo everything was comfortable, clean and easy to find. The bed want my favorite, but that’s preference. The wifi was fast, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Everything you want or need is nearby - mini golf, restaurants, groceries, souvenir shops.

Fun trip for a bach party

My friends went, I unfortunately got sick and couldn’t make it. They said the rooms were smaller than the photos, checking in and finding the place was a little hard, but other than that it was clean, they had fun. The owner sent daily texts before the event to tell us great places to eat at and fun events to do. And reminders on what to bring, so the owner was very informative. Great place!

Cute beach condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was located right on the water and was very safe. My group and I (women ages 21-25) never felt scared. The one downside to our stay was the bunk room. The bunk beds are definitely not made for adults and felt very flimsy, since this listing said it fit 8 adults this was not an issue we predicted. Although this was the case we made due. I also want to point out that the bunk bedroom has a large window with no curtain so bring eye masks. The bathroom in that bedroom also has no door which we knew about before our stay by reading other reviews. Overall this condo is extremely affordable, clean, safe, and in a great location. We would definitely stay again if the bunk bedroom was updated.

Would Stay Again!

Our host communicated with us well and promptly and he even sent a few messages before our trip to tell us about local places to eat, etc... Very thoughtful! The unit is conveniently located on the first floor, it was just as pictured except one of the sofas was missing. Not a big deal for us...we were able to seat all seven of us comfortably. The bedrooms were as pictured and comfortable but the master bedroom did not have its own bathroom. The bunk room has a bathroom attached with only a curtain for a door (we were aware of the curtain beforehand). Not a big deal for us but just wanted to mention it in case others would like to know. Overall, a beautiful, clean, updated unit on the beach. We would stay again! Thank you, Stephen!

Great location!!!

Pros: on the beach with multiple pools to choose from. 10-15min from all the night life in gulf shores. Plenty of sleeping space. 2 bathrooms. Clean. 1st floor so didn’t have to wait for elevator, just took the stairs most of the time. Great amenities including dish washer and washer/dryer. Cons: double mattress was really soft and not supportive, no ceiling fans and not enough outlets to plug into or broken outlet.

Clean and suitable

Our only issue was just something you couldn’t tell from the pictures. Ceilings were very low and hallways of the property were institutional. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner gave lots of info and updates. We didn’t need to contact him for anything.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is an older complex but has withstood several tropical storms and hurricanes. It is very sturdy. Despite the age of the property the units have been updated and provide a great modern beach flair. The beach side pools are absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the private beach access that allows you to get from your unit to your toes in the sand in a matter of a few minutes. We know that once you arrive you will see the hidden treasures this complex has to offer.
