Our home is a short walk from the ocean's crashing waves.Take your dog for a stroll along ther coast or enjoy lounging , surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking all without ever having to start your car.
After a day on the beach, come home to take a shower in one of our two outdoor showers. Play a round of corn hole, while the designated grill master serves up the evening 's meal.
Pack your golf clubs because one of the best public course (Sandbridge) is within 4 miles of our home. In addition there are many other public courses in the area. Sandbridge is our favorite.
Take the bikes on a beautiful ride either to Sebastian inlet (7 miles away) or through the jungle trail right from our home.
Enjoy our very private 40-foot-long lanai which offers an abundance of shade 3 ceiling fans and plenty of room to stretch out. Bonus, is the very private hot tub at the end of the Lanai, perfect during the chilly winter nights or after a day at our private beach.
If you don't feel like BBQ in the yard followed by smores at the fire pit, jump in your car and drive 4 miles to downtown Vero Beach, so much to do, see and EAT!!
Our newly renovated 2,000-square-foot interior features a brand-new kitchen and abundant amenities. Stretch out on the sectional sofa, before the wood-burning fireplace, and browse channels on the large flat-screen TV. Enjoy ample dining and seating areas highlighted throughout our home, our guests can spread out while enjoying quality time together. Plenty of room to have your privacy yet small enough to feel together.

Baseball Beach Trip

In town for a baseball tourney and had a great time. Location was great with a walk to the beach a few mins away. Property as advertised and would love to stay again some day. Host was amazing and communication was great..

What a great week!

Our family met in Florida for Christmas break. The Summerplace house was the perfect gathering place inside and outside. Not only did Loralee & Rob share their home but so many extras: bikes, ping pong, corn hole, beach chairs, a handy wagon, and a cozy fire pit. An unexpected bonus was watching 2 space rocket launches pass over Wabasso. Hope to go back again someday.

Beautiful cozy home so close to the beach!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this beautiful home. We were looking for a relaxing getaway a couple hours away, and this property and location checked off every box. Super clean home, nice neighborhood, great location for access to the beach. The home is stocked with every item you need. We loved the 4th of July celebration and fireworks down at the park in Vero and we appreciated the restaurant suggestions from the owners. The Treasure Coast has a lot of history and we loved finding out more at the McLarty Treasure Museum right up the road. We didn’t use the kayaks or paddleboard but it’s really nice that they are offered. Would love to book this rental again sometime. Thank you, Loralee and family

Most beautiful House

This house was the most beautiful and cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in so far. The moment you step in it feels like home. The house provides everything you need for the perfect vacation. Towels, condiments and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. We also loved the short walk to the private beach. Overall we had an amazing time! This is definitely a house you want to come back! The best of the best

Our family of six agreed that this was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had so many amazing amenities. The owners made us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything that we needed for a lovely long weekend on the Florida coast. Thanks for everything, and we’ll look forward to a return trip in the future!
