Soulshine Cottage... The same beautiful single family home that was formally known as No Name Cottage!

"Soulshine is better than sunshine, it's better than moonshine and better than rain! The perfect relaxing spot to set up while you discover and enjoy all the Florida Keys has to offer. You will find today's comforts in this 2 bed/1bath renovated 1969 cottage, including an open-concept kitchen and updated bathroom. Onsite washer and dryer, and a backyard patio off of the primary bedroom complete this space. When you are done with a full day of activities, enjoy and relax in the private hot tub.

Soulshine Cottage is in Marathon - a great location to explore the Lower Keys into Key West (about 1 hour) and the Upper Keys into Islamorada and Key Largo (30 min-1 hour). World class fishing, diving, snorkeling and boating are right in your backyard. Traveling with a beach lover? Sombrero Beach, Key Colony Beach and Coco Plum Beach and more are nearby. Add in the Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center and state parks like Bahia Honda, and you will find something for everyone.

Our beautiful property is dog friendly (additional pet fee). Please inquire before making the reservation as pets must be
approved prior to booking or penalties may be incurred.

First time in Key West

I love the cottage. Very spacious next to everything all the restaurants attractions things like that. We had a great time. Wonderful little place.

Property was very enjoyable. It would have been better if there was another halfbath to accomodate everyones needs. Hot tub was an added perk that was enjoyed.

Loved the No Name Cottage

The cottage was lovely, clean and decorated nicely. It was well stocked, the hot tub was definitely a plus. Good location with access to lots of restaurants and beaches. We would love to stay here again.

Very easy to book, clean, easy to access to beaches. This property had what we needed for our stay and definitely planning to come back. Booking process and check in was very organized.

No-Name cottage

This cottage was awesome Drew the property manager was very awesome and quick at every response. he gave me comfort if I had any problems he would reply at a very fast reasonable rate of time which we did not have any problems on our eight days stay here .Very clean had three air conditioner so you don’t have to worry about if it has air they’re strong and they all work good they’re not loud like a lot of of the other ones around the keys are. We even rented a boat on the boat sitter next-door lol which if people don’t know, they only need their boat safety education card to rent a boat in Florida just make sure you read all the regulations rules and what all the bouys mean lol Would definitely stay here again thank you Drew

Quiet Area

I was only there for work, so I didn't see the sights or use the hot tub. However, the house was very comfy, and the host was attentive to everything. Having a stocked kitchen and a laundry room made the stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Perfect location

Our first time in the Keys. We decided to stay about halfway in Marathon. The No Name cottage was a perfect choice. The house had everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and more then enough linen and pillows. The location was great. So much to do in the area and prices were not high. We recommend visiting the aquarium and the airport museum when in the area. We will definitely book here again when in the area

Great Place!!

The process was seamless. The cottage was very clean, nicely updated and for us, it was a great location. The only problem that I had.....the beds are very high and I'm short, so getting on them was a little tricky for me! LOL Definitely will be back again!

Great stay

Very clean. Management company made it a breeze to start our vacation off on the right foot. Very nice neighborhood. Made friends with a local who gave us fresh fish to cook. Centrally located which made it easy to visit the keys north and south.

Perfect house!

We really enjoyed our Stay at No Name. The house was clean and everything worked. I think it is in an excellent location in Marathon and the Keys in general. Easy drive to everything. Very walkable are with many restaurants and shops you can walk to. Super quiet neighborhood. One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in.

My Workation

The property was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, extremely clean, central to everything I needed to be near, well stocked kitchen. Always had good weather, so never had TV on....but the description said it had almost everything you would need. The house was a lot nicer than my own, I would switch with them any day. Great stay here, will be back next year.

Honeymoon Haven

We came to the Keys for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with our accommodations. The house is cutely decorated and has a festive beach vibe. Spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are top notch. The outdoor area is very comfortable and private. We grilled and dined outside. It was wonderful to relax in the hot tub after long days of fun and adventure. Drew and Debbie were super quick to respond to any questions. Thanks so much for creating and sharing such a great space! We had the perfect honeymoon. ❤️ Highly recommend!

2 Week Vacation

The house was beautiful and everything we needed was right there. If I could have changed anything about the house, it would be to add a dresser in each bedroom. I'm not a live out of a suitcase kind of girl. So having a place to put my clothes that don't hang up would be nice. But, it had very large closets in each bedroom. Thank you for everything. Great stay

We stayed with our family of 5 for a week, and No Name Cottage was more than adequate. We noticed right away there weren’t enough towels, and the property manager had some brought to us within hours. There were two beach chairs in the shed which we put to good use. We also left a few sand toys for someone else to enjoy. If I had to leave any criticize it would be that the beds aren’t quite queens. We’re used to not fitting in beds since three of us are 6 feet tall or more, so it was normal for us but just so you’re aware. Otherwise, beautifully maintained property with everything we needed for a great week in the Keys.

Instructions to get in the property are poor, no where did it say two doors and it gave two codes not knowing which one to use and neither worked for the front door . Finally figured out there was a back door with a master key that worked for one of the codes . It was clean and comfortable, need to have dressers in each bedroom and and lacking a mirror in one bedroom. Could not get into property and it was late at night, no 24 hr service
