Vi har två stora lägenheter i andra våningar direkt på en privat Sandy Beach. Båda lägenheterna har genomförts totala renoveringar i december 2017 med nya kök, nya badrum, golv etc. Varje enhet sover högst 4 personer. Hyr med hyra nummer 9131033 (separat bokning och avgifter) för att sova upp till 8 personer. Gå från ytterdörren till en stor sandstång i Atlanten. Titta på soluppgången och solnedgången från denna unikt belägna privata triplex. Bind upp din båt direkt bakom fastigheten på sandstången eller bryggan och båtlansering som finns tvärs över gatan på Bay-sidan. Fantastiskt havsliv precis vid stranden, ringar, pufferfiskkrabbor, haj. Fisk direkt från stranden. När tidvattnet är ute kan du gå hundratals meter ut i havet på sandstången. Vi har också två kajaker för dig

Denna enhet rymmer 4 personer med 1 king size-säng och en queen size-bäddsoffa. Hyr med spegelbildsenhet intill 8 personer.

Vi befinner oss i en mycket unik naturlig livsmiljö. Det finns tider, beroende på tidvattnet, när tjockt tång, stenar och andra föremål tvättar upp på vår strandlinje. Vi rekommenderar att du alltid bär vattenskor.

Wonderful to wake up and sit right on the waterfront for coffee. Grab a kayak and paddle about. MarketNext store makes great coffee and breakfast. Breezes spectacular.

Great Vacation!

This property was perfect for us! The location offered us the ability to explore other areas of the Keys with ease. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful and offered plenty of both sun, shade and room for all guests to have space. Perfect!

Nice comfortable rental, as described not a swimming beach but great views over the Atlantic. Great mid Keys location. Owner responded to the few problems that we had. Nice birding right across the highway in some backwater ponds!

Wonderful Place!

Absolutely beautiful views and a perfect location! The apartment was a great size for the 2 of us. All our favorite places are nearby. Loved being able to sit down on the beach and up on the deck. Plenty of shade from the palm trees. Water is typical keys. We loved it and will definitely book again!

Convenient Mid-Key Location

Nice relaxing place to stay. Great location for exploring the Keys even Key West. Well appointed kitchen and grill. If we return to the area, we’d try to book this property again.

Keys Vacation

This property is wonderful!! You open your door to see the ocean each day. Nothing is more peaceful! Andy was very accommodating and communicative answering any and all questions quickly. The kayaks were a nice touch and the fire pit was a nice way to end the evening. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect home base to explore the keys!

This place is a perfect home base to explore the keys! Half way between key largo and key west. The apartment was clean and comfortable and rite on the beach with grassy flats resort just two doors down. We were lucky enough to be there for their full moon party. I would recommend this rental and absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Great value

My adult sons came along with my husband and I for a week long getaway. We love the keys and because we were right on the water, I was able to still feel like we were "together" while the boys fished. The home is comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The master bed was quite comfortable and the roll away cot as well. The fold out queen left a lot to be desired..... All and all it was a really nice stay.

Great Beach House!

This place is amazing! What could be better than your own beach? The house was clean, has a nice kitchen, a grill, kayaks, a firepit, an outdoor dining table, an indoor dining table and covered parking. The only issue that I found was you could hear the roadway traffic at night (which you cant do anything about). The owner was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions before and during our stay there. I highly recommend staying here!

Don't count on being able to swim

It was certainly pleasant. I was disappointed that the beach was not conducive to swimming, given the rocks and debris.

Amazing time!

What an awesome place to stay. Location and scenery were great. Everything you need. We loved the sunrises from this property. We seen alot of dolphins, a variety of birds, iguanas, and a small nurse shark while setting outside. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything, Shawn Grocox Rushville, Indiana

A little piece of paradise

What a lovely place to get out of the rat race for a few days. You're literally right on the beach (I wouldn't swim there, but you can certainly walk out quite a ways), there's always a very strong breeze, the apartment was quite comfortable and well-equipped, and it's close to "town" but not in "town" so it's quiet and relaxing. Hope to come back someday.

Beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful sunrises. Rental cottage beautifully appointed.

Although the property is located at water’s edge, it should not be considered a swim beach. Even at high tide, water is less than knee deep, more like ankle deep, for many yards out.

Long overdue honeymoon

My husband and I spent a week. A much needed and overdue honeymoon. The water was beautiful, the area was peaceful. We had lots of privacy. Everything was easy to get to and easy to find. All the people we met during our stay were very friendly and recommended wonderful places to see and excellent places to eat. We cannot wait to come back.

Our week in the Key’s!!!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful apartment and view with us!!! Once we got there, could not get the box unlocked to grab the keys for almost 30! Minutes! Had to walk away and come back, got the key and WOW, what a view!!! The view is unbelievable! The apartment is just as advertised!! We had an awesome week and loved waking up on the beach!! The only other thing is the property to the south is a rental also!! They had so many coming and going for our whole week, and ALWAYS had there music blaring!! Not anyone’s fault, just a heads-ups!! And this group was not spring breakers, it was families with kids!

Simple yet beautiful and cozy!

I have stayed in the Keys many times. This place was very simple yet perfect! It had everything we needed and more. It was very private. Only 1 other apt next door and a cottage near but the renters who are long term renters who were very nice and they were hardly there. Ronda is one of them who is beyond fascinating. If you get to meet her you'll be truly amazed. Her story of coming to the Keys is worth hearing!!! The beach is just like the pics. In Jan water is cold so we just enjoyed laying out and being near the ocean. You are on the highway so you'll hear traffic at night and maybe the neighbor coming home but other than that its extremely peaceful and comfortable. There is a 3 wheel bike that I used to do the long trails right across the street. A regular bike is there as well and 2 kayaks if you choose. There's also a convenient store right next door to the apt. I loved the big windows in the living rooms well. It allows you a great view. It is an older place that's outdated but its extremely clean when you get there and its also the only place that did not raise the rates super high because it was January, so for the price your getting a great place and the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. If your on a budget and you need to get away this is a great place!

Vacant/Abandoned

I DIDN'T EXPECT YOU TO ACCEPT MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. THIS REVIEW DOES APPLY TO ADDRESS PROVIDED TO ME BY THE PROPERTY OWNER. THAT'S THE POINT; THE PROPERTY OWNER PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS AND I COULDN'T GET ANY HELP WHEN I CALLED VRBO. DON'T TRUST VRBO REMAINS MY MESSAGE. When I arrived at the address provided for the property (via email from the owner ) on June 11, 2016, I found a notice on the front door, " IMPORTANT We found this property to be vacant/abandoned on June 6, 2016. This information will be provided to the mortgage holder. The mortgage holder has the right and duty to protect this property." No one was around. I called VRBO and they could not locate my information based on my name, my email address, or the property address. While trying to figure out what to do next, the call was disconnected. What did I learn? Don't trust VRBO. I felt completely abandoned and regret this entire episode.

This is the perfect spot in the Florida Keys. Very quiet and not far from the mainland yet also close enough to key west for day trips. The beach is amazing and the fishing in marathon is exceptional. Very special place.
