We call it The Sunshine Retreat. Unwind in this stylish newly renovated 2nd-floor vacation condo that boasts gorgeous finishes and is centrally located with easy access to it all in Scottsdale. The space features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy modern upgrades and warm stylish accents—you will love it here. New stylish furniture makes this clean space feel special. The chef's kitchen boasts new stainless appliances & quartz counters. Your desert oasis—truly is a gem!
The condo is on the second floor with one flight of stairs. It is equipped with WiFi and Smart TVs for your streaming needs. For when you don’t feel like dining out, we stocked the kitchen with all the tools and equipped it with new appliances to cook your favorite meal.
The balcony offers outdoor seating for two. You will have access to the tennis/pickle ball court, pool, and spa. There is a newly renovated laundry facility on-site (not in the unit) with easy access just downstairs and around the corner. Access and other details regarding the pool area, tennis courts, and laundry room are noted in the property binder in the condo.
For our baseball fans... our location is just a 3 min drive to Scottsdale Stadium. It is 10 min drive to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick Stadium. 8 min drive to Sloan Park.
The famous Scottsdale "green belt" is just across the street—offering parks, lakes and golf courses. With many more golf courses just a short drive away.

Scottsdale is like no other, there is so much to do here. This condo is just the right size for 2-4 people and has recently been renovated with stylish accents and a relaxing vibe. New floors, appliances, counters and memory foam beds—it is a comfortable space to stay. The condo is professionally cleaned after every guest.

The condo has two dedicated parking spots, one assigned and under a cover, one not. Within walking distance you can enjoy "the green belt" with an entrance just across the street. This gem boasts parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traversing 11 miles through the heart of Scottsdale. You will want a car to enjoy the rest that Scottsdale has to offer which is just within short driving distances.
