We provide many beach items for your use including chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. This home has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation.

North Topsail is a beautiful quiet beach town. It's a great vacation spot to enjoy the uncrowded, family friendly beaches.

Aside from enjoying the beach there is a nearby public park that has volleyball, basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts. As well as a playground for children.

On the Beach

This stay was excellent! We needed a place that was close to Camp LeJuene , and this was a great choice! Will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Amazing

Absolutely beautifully decorated house! Great ocean views and beach access. Owner was very communicative and responsive. The owner has thought of everything from beach towels and chairs to games for the kids. The welcome goodies were a nice treat too.

Beautiful and quiet getaway

Ocean waves breaking close to the property were great. Saw dolphins doing full acrobatics just off the shore. Restaurants are a bit of a drive but the places we chose were very good. I know it's off season but there is serenity here. Also the kitchen is very well equipped which can be a challenge for some vacation rentals. We are considering looking for property in the area.

Great place for our weekend getaway

Everything went smoothly for our stay. The unit was thoroughly cleaned and in good condition. Beach access was convenient and easy. We got to see dolphins several times during our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive to questions. And the game room worked better for us than I expected looking at the pictures. There were a lot of options in the game room. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no troubles cooking meals there. And a resort restaurant just up the road offered a nice take out option for us for our first night. The unit is perfect for a single family staying there. The hot tub was in good condition---accessible though the master bedroom. This would be inconvenient for a larger number of adults or with two families, but for us it worked out great. The residential elevator was in better condition than many rentals I've seen, and perfect for bringing in the cooler from the car. Not about the unit, but about the island, visitors may wish to be aware that as of January 2023 the high tide leaves the beach quite narrow, so you shouldn't plan on leaving stuff on the beach while you go in over high tide. No complaints at all, would be happy to stay here again next time the family heads towards Topsail. Thanks for a great visit!

Views! Views! Views!

Five stars. Every detail about our stay was a 5 star experience. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with views of dolphins and fishing boats in the evenings. Everything in this home is brand new, which made for a very comfortable stay. If you’re considering booking, book now as nights seemed to fill up around our stay. The host, Gina, was quick to respond with any local suggestions. Topsail was quiet and beautiful, just what we were looking for. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations. So many fun games for kids that kept them entertained for hours. We will be back!

I grew up on the West Coast of CA and most of my earliest and fondest memories are of time spent at the beach with my family. We had the best of times surfing, sun bathing, castle building, & shell hunting. I love everything about the beach! Buying this beach house and spending time here with my husband and kids has been a dream come true. Whenever we visit we leave with stronger bonds, deeper tans, cherished memories, and a little sand between our toes. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.
