A Great Family Vacation

We recently met in Topsail for a wonderful family vacation. It was a wonderful time, the home was perfect for what for our family. It was super clean, great location, tastefully decorated, and plenty of space! Thank you for having us!

Overall enjoyed our stay. Some of our concerns, however, included the lack of hand towels, and bath towels. In addition, it was essentially no toilet paper or tissues. Laundry detergent. Having an elevator, there was wonderful. Also appreciate having beach toys and boogie boards that the kids enjoyed.

Very Nice AND Very Comfy for a Group Vacation

Our group of 5 adults and 1 teen greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this beautiful, nearly new property. There was even plenty of seating in the family room for all of us to hang out together at night and chat and watch tv. There is an elevator if you have anyone who can’t do stairs. The pool is in easy walking distance. The stairs to the beach are beside the pool. Restaurants are a short drive away, but the kitchen has anything you’d need for cooking. Even though it rained a ton, we had a great visit and definitely would stay here again if we had the chance.

Great home!

This home was fantastic! Very clean. Great location. Close to the beach. Amenities were excellent (from kitchen appliances to the hand soap in the bathrooms). Everyone loved how nice it was and ready for us when we arrived.

Beautiful home great location

What a beautiful home and location! The beach is steps away. I took my dog and he loved the walks on the beach. The home is well stocked and the elevator is a plus.

Very disappointing

First, the positives: The unit itself is very nice and clean. Nicely decorated and spacious. The balcony had a lovely breeze which I enjoyed while working. Unfortunately, my entire reason for renting this particular property was the fact that it had a pool, was close to the ocean, and had a place I could walk my dog. In the middle of our 7 hour drive, I received a call informing me that we would be unable to use the pool. Apparently, there had been electrical problems & the inspection was done. I wanted this as my disabled husband doesn't usually go to the beach because it is hard for him. He was planning on going to the pool as I went to the beach. That didn't happen. We received another message saying we would be able to use the pool, only to be told in a 3rd message that we would not be able to use it. My son was also coming to visit me as he is located at a nearby military base. He was also looking forward to the pool. The picture shown on the site was a little misleading as it is apparently an aerial view. This led me to believe there was an open field next door in which I could walk my dog. Turns out, we had about 1.5 ft path between the gravel drive & field which was briars & wild plants/shrubs that could not be walked in. The path was mostly sand, some gravel, very little grass. I also understand security but messaging me to tell me where to walk my dog and where to park because you are watching constantly is annoying and feels creepy.

Wonderful beach vacation

Everything was great. This property was so well appointed, all the dishes and appliances you could possibly need, linens, beach chairs and boogie boards. It was all great. Only gave a 3 for communication because the contact was in an area with spotty service and it sometimes took several hours to reply if we had a question. But she was always helpful and everything was great.

Fantastic better than expected

Our family of five spent the weekend at this home recently. It is steps away from the beach. The house is Immaculately clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept very well. We definitely have saved this house so we can go back and stay longer next time. Great communication from the Owner.
