Come to Gulf Shores and enjoy an escape to the beach at Sawgrass Pointe! This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhome is on 13th Street just down the road from the 13th Street public beach access. It also shares a pool with three other townhome units, and has a wonderful view of Little Lagoon for those magical golden hour sunsets. The house sleeps 8 comfortably with one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and one sleeper sofa. Pet friendly for one dog up to 20 pounds with an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Designed for those family getaways to the beach, Sawgrass Pointe is the perfect spot for your next vacation. Updated with all new stainless steel appliances, large living area with tall ceiling, and sweeping views, this townhome is set up for your relaxion. The pool and grilling area are shared by the four townhome units and are never crowded. The northern views of Little Lagoon are amazing, and you can feel the breeze from the Gulf on your porch. The 13th Street public beach access is a short stroll from the townhome, and there is also public parking if you would rather drive to get closer.

Only 2.5 miles from The Hangout, Sawgrass Pointe is a great spot for all the festivals of Gulf Shores year round.

Great property and location!

Property is ideally located. Close to the beach and walking trails. Loved having a deck for each bedroom. Highly recommend.

New Family Adventure

We choose Gulf Shores for our first family vacation with our Golden Retriever,Maggie. Our kids loved taking her to the beach this year. Sawgrass Pointe was a fantastic area for pets and people. The house and beach were beautiful with convenient access to food, treats, and souvenirs. We would definitely consider vacationing here again in the future. ☀️⛱️

We really liked the beach house it just needs a few repairs. Kitchen cabinet door, bed rail in second bedroom needs fixed and the sofa bed is broken down. The area and access to beach was great.

Family Vacation

We loved everything about this beach house. We’re looking forward to staying at this seashell rental in the future. The Location is great, the beach access is just few a minutes of walking & It feels safe when returning after dark. The house is perfect for a family, It’s equipped with everything you will need. The pool is very nice & located right behind the house.I really like the fence surrounding the pool to keep the little ones safe while hanging out on the back porch. The host was very nice & quick to answer all questions.

Perfect Location Perfect Home!

The property was clean and well-equipped for our group of eight. The rooms are spacious, and each room has its own bathroom, which is a major plus! The pool is literally right outside the back door! The short walk to the beach was nice and the ocean view was beautiful. Also, a major plus was having restaurants and groceries very close to the home! I will stay in this home again and would recommend it to others!
