PET FRIENDLY- one dog (maximum weight is 15 lbs) will be allowed in this home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know, and there will be a $150/dog, non-refundable pet fee added to your stay. If any additional cleaning is needed, this will be billed to your credit card.

Jet East is a beautiful three-bedroom, four-bath home directly across the street from the beach! This cottage is east-facing with views of Gulf State Park, the Dog Pond at Lake Shelby, and, of course, the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico! This property has beach access just 50 feet West of the cottages, across the street. The home is located in The Cottages at Dunes Park, a quiet community in Gulf State Park that shares an outdoor pool (seasonally heated!)

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and dining room area

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining area has seating for five and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the home, located on the first floor.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds

• Twin bunk beds in the upstairs alcove (perfect for smaller children!) *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Guests will need to provide their own propane tank for the grill.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out!

• A maximum of three cars are allowed to park under the home. No boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers are allowed.

• Absolutely NO SMOKING on property!!!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
