One bedroom condo at Sunday River with trail access across the parking lot. Brookside offers a great pool building that has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. In the pool building there also is a community room for everyone to gather and enjoy the fireplace. Come experience the mountain lifestyle for yourself. Walk to bars and the lodge. Renters have the use of a ski locker. There also is a room with coin operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

March break 2025

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The unit had what we needed and loved the ski in ski out and the pool and hot tub area.

Everything we needed

This condo was the perfect home base for our time at Sunday River. It had plenty of space for us, our two children and their friend. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinner and the location on the mountain was very convenient. We absolutely loved the pool, hot tub and sauna at the end of the skiing day.

Great Family place

A great, simple and clean place for our family. Ski to the White Cap Lodge. The heated pool was great for the kids after a long day of skiing to work off any leftover energy.

Super close to the lifts

Nice convenient location. Clean. Shower was really nice and powerful. Totally would book again if you want to just get to the slopes as quick and easy as possible. Had a small issue trying to find it but the owner was super helpful and although there were no more issues after that I'm sure they would have been equally as helpful.

Simple and effective

Brookside is a great location to go skiing - you walk outside and cross the parking lot and you are on a trail. The heated pool, hot tub, and game room are all great. This particular condo has the basics but no luxuries. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works - but the TV is the size of a computer monitor, the coffee maker is drip and the kitchen supplies are basic. Laundry is downstairs using coins.Also, don't forget shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
