Studio unit sleeps three. Full kitchen perfect to fix a quick lunch or dinner. Also a perfect place to lay your head after a long day on the slopes. Heated outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub available along with a community room for everyone to gather. The community room has a fireplace. Cable and WiFi ski locker available for renters. There also is a room with coin operated washers and dryers. Brookside is a nice spot to be at Sunday River.

quiet and cozy

Booking and check-in was very easy. Nice location. Parking lot and entryways into the buildings were cleared very nicely when there were snow storms. Other people staying here were considerate of others with keeping noise levels low once it hit about 10pm.

Excellent location, could use a refresh

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of three, and the condo worked for us. I did think for the price there were minimal amenities in the room, which was quite dated and could use a refresh of carpets and floors. I was glad I brought my own towels and pillows. The basic needs were met. The location was fantastic and the people I met who own here were wonderful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and there was a dry sauna that was so relaxing.

Very Basic Dated Furnishings and Appliances

For location, I liked that the ski access was across the parking lot. For the room, the microwave and Keurig coffee maker were both broken. The bed was comfortable. The building could use an elevator. Be ready to haul your stuff up two flights of stairs. It was very affordable.

Ski getaway

We arrived late Thursday night. Condo was clean and as described. Was myself and 2 teen kids. We brought 2 blow up mattresses and set them up in living room. My son slept on the bed in kitchen. Had great ski conditions. Will re-book.

Only sleeps 3

Overall the rental was clean except for a few dirty silverware in the silverware drawer. The location on mountain was fantastic and the pool and hot tub were easily accessible with only a short walk outside. The one drawback of this rental is that the Murphy bed only slept one person and a pull out couch is never comfortable. I would suggest an air mattress instead of using the couch, but it still only sleeps three.

Sunday River resort, March 1-5, 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio is marginal. It must be in the 80's and never get updated. The lightbulb above the sink was broken, the dial of the oven was loosen The bed is single, so we had to use the pull out bed. Not the best sleep after a day of skiing. There was not kettle for boiling water, so we used the pot. You got the picture.
