This brand new 1200 sq ft cottage is situated on a private 5 acre gated ranch. The entire property is meticulously landscaped and offers guests phenomenal amenities including a private jacuzzi, mini putting green, outdoor giant chess, fire pit, grill, and yoga studio. We are centrally located only 5 min from downtown Santa Ynez/Los Olivos, and about 10 min from Solvang.

Sept. Getaway

The property is very nice and centrally located in the Valley on a large open lot that was quiet and relaxing. We sat by the firepit every night. It provided the perfect getaway we were looking for. We will definitely rent here again.

Beautiful home

My wife and I stayed here with our two small dogs and it was perfect. House was clean and stocked with everything you need. Next time we come to the area , which is a couple times a year, we will most certainly look to stay at this house.

Beautiful stay in Wine Country!

The property was beautiful and relaxing. We woke up to the sound of the birds every morning. The guest house was perfect for us. The floor plan was open and the kitchen was very nice. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind from the day. Loved it!

Wine country hideaway.

Nice little house on the back end of a 5 acre property. Quiet, secluded and very peaceful. The only downside was an abundance of ants, especially in the kitchen. They need an exterminator… some other minor maintenance issues but overall we loved the place and location.

Beautiful Cottage

Great cottage in the heart of St Yens. Nearby to Los Olivos and wineries. Place was clean and as pictured in posting. Only negative was bbq grates were pretty rusty and kitchen not as well stocked as other places we have stayed at but we made it work. Overall a great place and would come back. Oh.. the huskie that lives on the property is beautiful and came by for a visit which we enjoyed.

Old Friends from College Wine Tasting

Well appointed with an unusually convenient to use tv (not always the case in a VRBO). Fun little putting green. And a nice kitchen with coffee maker, cups & coffee. The whole house is clean, linens abundant. We giggled for 2 days. Wine tasted in close by Solvang by day, relaxed and played the juke box at night. Good times. Please provide a guest book for us to leave gratitude & suggestions for future guests. It was too cold during our stay for extended outdoor activities, so we regretted missing the hot tub and the yoga platform.

So-so stay

Overall, we had an “ok” visit and Noah was easy to get in touch with. We were out checking out the local area more so than sitting at the home. The property that this home is on is beautiful, however we did have a major ant issue (in all rooms, with a baby crawling around this was not ideal). And, there was no high chair even though the property owner confirmed there was. It’s an ideal location right next to Roblar & the yoga was great, but I’d recommend the owner work on the ants and properly stocking this home.

Disappointing Experience at a Vacation Home Rental

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Date: Dec 26, 2023 Review: Our experience at this vacation rental was deeply unsatisfying. Despite confirming an early check-in at 2 p.m., we arrived to find the cleaning crew still at work with no prior notification of the delay. The exterior, initially promising, revealed a cluttered view of storage containers and vehicles, contradicting the serene images advertised. The interior issues were even more problematic. The refrigerator was broken, causing loud noises and discomfort. The owner's response to this inconvenience was dismissive, offering a small fridge without a freezer and suggesting costly repairs during our stay instead of a replacement. The lack of empathy and understanding for our situation was disheartening. Further, cleanliness was a major issue. We faced a clogged bathroom sink and an ant infestation, which later spread to the kitchen. These problems, compounded by the owner's inadequate response, led us to cancel our stay prematurely. Thankfully, we found a better place, saving our vacation from complete ruin. However, the experience at this rental was far from what was promised, and I caution potential renters to think twice before booking this property.
