Great location

Hi! This location was perfect for a friends weekend away visiting some of our kids at CNU. Super close to campus and everything Newport News has to offer. Only issue was the location of the driveway, it was kinda deceiving when you pulled up. Everythingelse was perfect

Adequate lodgings

House had a musty odor. Bathroom flooring was damaged. No fan in the bathroom, so condensation dripped from the ceiling during morning showers. No luggage racks for suitcases. No lamps in 2 of 4 bedrooms.

Perfect for CNU

Perfect for those quick or extended stays visiting CNU. House is perfect location close to the college.

Staycation with Family

Carl was great with proactive communication. The house was exactly like the pictures. There were special little extras like coffee, toiletries, plenty of TV channels with sports, and household supplies. Very conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Pleasant little neighborhood with great parking. Thank you for making our time together so special. We highly recommend and would absolutely come again.

Perfect CNU Family Spot

Super close to CNU. Beautiful neighborhood and nice to walk in. Inside is very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again.

Convenient and comfortable

We spent Labor Day weekend in Newport Newsshowing the kids and grands where their grandpa grew up. The house is comfortable for an active family. It is located near the beautiful CNU campus and museum area.

Great Location

We loved the house and that it is mostly one level (just one small step). Nice touches throughout the house. Easy to cook in the kitchen… one thing to add is a couple outside chairs for backyard to relax in. Carl was great with communicating with me!! Would rent again!

The very best!

Absolutely charming. Spotless. Well-appointed. Quality mattresses in every bedroom that were so comfortable. Great location. Truly one of the best spaces out there. We loved it and will stay here again when in town.

Family Time Home

This was a charming house and it was a perfect setting in which we were able to bring our family together. The home was decorated nicely, well stocked with necessities, and very comfortable. Carl was easy to communicate with and was attentive to our needs.
