Bring the whole family to our lovely home with lots of room for fun. This house was built in 2022 to accommodate every guest.
Patio/Boulder/Waterfall combo inspired by the 2023 HGTV Dream Home Backyard By Belgard was built in 2023 and will relieve all your stress.

If you're tired of renting houses with a long stairway case to the second floor, then our ranch style house is the house for you. 5 bedrooms with all queen beds along with 2 convertible sofas in the living room allow 14 people to sleep comfortably. A crib and toddler bed provide children with ample room. A 14-foot breakfast bar allows seating for 6 in addition to the dining area. And a curb free roll-in shower in one of 3 full baths provide accessibility for older guests and those with disabilities.

Beautiful, spacious, well appointed home. Met all the needs from baby to 4 adults. Very comfortable beds. Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay!

The house was clean and beautifully laid out to meet the needs of our group. Any issues were very, very minor and taken care of swiftly. We would definitely consider renting it out again.

Close to Williamsburg

We were looking for a large house with at least 5 bedrooms to accomodate six adults and five kids from 6 to 13. This house fit the bill perfectly. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area was great for family gatherings and meals. When you wanted a little peace and quiet, you could escape to one of the spacious bedrooms. The house is only a few minutes outside Williamsburg and gave us lots of room to spread out after a busy day. The house had all the essentials, including linens, which was great. We had good communication with the owners. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Newport News VRBO

The house was clean, well maintained, and had modern appliances. It was easy to travel from it to the Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown attractions. We had one issue with a running toilet but it was very quickly remedied by the owner. Everything else worked perfectly. We had 15 in our group with the youngest being six. One minor issue is that the listing says the house sleeps up to nineteen but this would have included the futons in the living room. There are six double beds or larger. We managed to work it out without having anyone sleep in the living room. The property does not have a swimming pool, which we were aware of, but, in hindsight, a pool would have made it more enjoyable for the kids. I would recommend this property for anyone considering a vacation in the Williamsburg area.

Great house / location, minimal amenities

Two families stayed comfortably here, great location for day trips out to Williamsburg / Jamestown. A few minor cleanliness issues (dishes with food on them in the cabinet, no soap in one bathroom) and minimal stocking of cabinet (coffee was empty, no bandaids even though instructions said there were), but overall a good stay.

Amazing house at a great value

This house was perfect for our needs. It was brand new, had plenty of space, was very clean and spotless. It had a well stocked kitchen and you could tell the host spent plenty of time thinking what things a guest like me would need. The house also had a great outdoor space and features for both kids and families This includes: a new outside playground for the kids and the water garden outside by the playground is beautiful for parents to relax and watch kids play. We wish we had more time to enjoy it all. The picnic table on the patio would make a great outdoor space for dining, even though we did not have time to use either. Communication with the host was super and she was very accommodating. We got a great discount at the last minute and it is a great value! We will definitely stay here again and for more days next time to enjoy everything this amazing property has to offer!

Excellent for large families

My siblings and I wanted to take our Mom to see Williamsburg at Christmas time, but options were limited for such a large group. We found this house and it was perfect for our needs. It was only a little over 15 minutes from the town, so while it wasn't as close as we might have liked, it was still a decent location. What the home lacked in location, it more than made up for in cleanliness, and spaciousness. The wide open main living area was perfect. Plenty of space for people to have multiple conversations, games, and activities going on at the same time while still being all together, but without being on top of each other. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. The bonus is that each room had its own TV, except for the upstairs bedroom. That was the one drawback, but we were only there for one night and we all had such a great time together, it didn't end up being much of a problem. If we had stayed longer than one night, that might have been less than ideal, though, so something to consider. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious and CLEAN. The main bedroom with the little attached baby/toddler/child room was absolutely adorable and a wonderful solution for those in our party with littles. Such a fun, thoughtful thing to include. It would have been nice to have some sort of curtains or blinds on the patio door in the main suite, though. But that is a very minor complaint compared to how great the house is. Overall, we absolutely loved staying here and would definitely do it again! We also appreciate the owners being so accommodating with us when we had some issues come up that caused us to have to reschedule from our original date to mid-January instead. The house is also close to shops and restaurants, so we had lots of options during our stay. If you are considering a trip to the area, we would highly recommend this home!

Great stay!

Beautiful new construction in a very convenient location. Kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of linens, soap, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, clean dish sponge and dish soap. Cute children’s furniture, toys and books. Owner was very available.
