Kas Palmas is a wonderfully relaxed holiday villa centrally located in Curaçao

When designing this holiday villa in the autumn of 2022, the most important starting points were to create a comfortable villa, equipped with all contemporary luxury and with a modern Caribbean island atmosphere.

We have chosen additional design elements around the authentic elements of the villa, such as the characteristic floor tiles. This has created a subdued, cheerful living environment in which you can enjoy yourself.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable hotel box-spring beds, air conditioning, aluminum shutters for good ventilation and a private bathroom. In the master bedroom, the bathroom is completely separate and equipped with a sink, shower (with hot water) and toilet. The guest bedroom is 'en suite' and equipped with a sink and shower (with hot water). The villa also has a separate guest toilet.

Both bedrooms are accessible from the attractive living room, with characteristic floor tiles, a wonderfully high truss ceiling and an open design kitchen. The living room can be opened completely through a wide sliding door to the front porch. Life in Curaçao mainly takes place outside and the veranda is therefore wonderfully spacious, has a lot of shade and lies well on the wall. The salt water pool lies directly at the veranda. From the veranda you overlook the pool and you can see many types of palm trees in the tropical garden, which is why the villa owes its name.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and attractive crockery, glassware and kitchen accessories. It is easy to feel at home here and that is exactly what we aim to offer you, your friendly Caribbean living environment on Curaçao.

To complete the convenience, you can park in the driveway of the villa, there is a laundry machine available for guests and guests have a free access pass to the beach of Piscadera, 'Pirate Bay', which is within walking distance.

The location of Piscadera Bay Resort, where Kas Palmas is located, is wonderfully central on the island. Only 10 minutes by car from the airport, 5 minutes from Sambil Shopping Mall with Carrefour Supermarket, 5 minutes from the Otrobanda city center of Willemstad. Here you have the perfect base to visit all the great attractions of the island, with several restaurants and luxury hotels within walking distance to make your holiday a wonderful time. Kas Palmas is a quiet base every day from which you can go out and come home again.

Additional Rules:
- Electricity and water use included for normal luxury use, above which the extra consumption is paid by the guest and deducted from the deposit. Included is 1 cubic meter of water per person per week and electricity 15 KW per room per night. Above that, USD 0.25 per KW is charged for electricity and USD 12 per cubic meter for water.
