Den rymliga Supersnygga Curaco lägenhet med havsutsikt ligger vid 24/7 säkrade Royal Palm Resort i Piscadera / Parasasa. Belägen på första våningen med fantastisk utsikt över Karibiska havet.
Stranden ligger på gångavstånd vid ingången till Resort.
Inklusive två sovrum, 2,5 badrum, kök med köksö, två terrasser, trådlöst internet, parkering och luftkonditionering. Lägenheten rymmer upp till 4 personer. På orten finns en pool (delad) med solstolar presenterar du kan använda under din semester på Curacao.
På havssidan av lägenheten är en stor täckt veranda. Denna veranda har en lounge sittgrupp där du kan njuta av den storslagna utsikten med ett mellanmål och kall dryck. På baksidan av lägenheten är den andra terrass belägen.
I vardagsrummet finns en bekväm sittgrupp närvarande med TV (inklusive kabel), radio / cd-spelare och luftkonditionering.
Det finns också ett matbord med stolar. Det moderna köket har en köksö, är fullt utrustade och har tillräckligt med lagringsutrymme. Det finns två sovrum med luftkonditionering och garderober. Varje rum har tillgång till ett eget badrum. Ett sovrum är utrustad med en dubbelsäng och det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar.
De två lyxiga badrum av Super Trevlig lägenhet med havsutsikt har en dusch (varmt / kallt vatten), tvätt område med spegel och toalett. Det finns också en separat gästtoalett finns.

Beautiful Views

Clean, spacious home with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Cooking was easy and we enjoyed the small charcoal grill. Parking was convenient and pool was wonderful.

The 3 bedroom 3 bath and 1 powder room apartment was a very comfortable stay for us. Clean and spacious with an amazing balcony view. The owners were accommodating and helpful. Definitely would recommend this apartment.

Clean, comfortable, fully stocked beautiful view

Wonderful stay. Kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are comfortable. Linens and towels are clean and plentiful. Bertha and Paul are very responsive, friendly, warm and helpful. The ocean view is beautiful w an amazing sunset. The location is perfect, close to Willemstad and not far from beautiful west end beaches. We had an extended stay and we were very happy here.

From start to finish hands down most amazing stay! Everything you could want was in the condo, they thought of everything. Bummed that we picked blue bay for our second week because the new place can not compare to this one. Peaceful and Quiet, a renowned property

Had a wonderful stay, Bertha and Paul are very accommodating hosts, nice as can be. They have a beautiful rental, very clean, nicely furnished with high quality appliances. Stayed for about 12 nights and it was definitely the best rental ever. So peaceful and quiet, beautiful views, nice locals, good security, everything was just so relaxing. 30 days of heaven

This property was better than expected. You can not find a more central location to visit anywhere on the island. 11 min. from the airport, 6 min. from down town Willemstad , walking distance to several restaurants. Royal Palm Resort is a clean ,manicured, quiet, and gated haven. The land lords were easy to talk to and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend Piscadera.

Great home base for Willemstad stay

This space was an ideal place for our stay in Willemstad. It is just a short drive to the main tourist area in a safe, quiet residential complex (avoiding the noisy crowds of staying closer in). The hosts were very helpful and responsive. There is a great deck to enjoy Caribbean views with a great kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and plenty of towels. Enough space for everyone. Lovely pool. Helpful hints: rental car is a must, limited spices on hand. Would return here for sure.

Ein rundum toller Urlaub

Wir wurden von Bertha und Paul herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und Paul fuhr mit uns sogar zum Einkaufen, da unser Mietwagen erst später gebracht wurde. Die Lage des Appartmentkomplexes ist wunderschön und gut gepflegt. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Ozean.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and light with all those huge windows. The kitchen is well equipped. It is located in a very nice gated community. The kids loved the pool. I would certainly recommend this place to others

GREAT PLACE WITH VIEW

Bertha and Paul are excellent people and wonderful to deal with. We were the last review and stay just as the pandemic was starting. If you read that review I can tell you these owners live up to their word. New beds, excellent. I teased Bertha for a softer pillow. Lol Knowing the condo I brought for myself and future guests measuring cups and teaspoons, spatulas and thongs, cheese grater as well as a nice salad bowl. We are divers so I left for everyone to use a big round tub. You can put in a vehicle to dump all your wet gear, towels etc. We also used it for laundry to take out and hang up as well. The empty bottles to fill with water so you can rinse off. Non divers the bottles you fill with water and rinse when getting out of the ocean. That way the sand flees won't bit. They go after the salt. As well we left empty plastic containers that you can put food in. As I said previously if you have any issues or need anything Bertha is wonderful in getting it for you. I do want to address one thing for future guests. Their housekeeper is fantastic and spends a lot of time cleaning. We tip our waiters, taxi drivers etc. My husband and I always leave a weekly tip as well at the end. We trust these people with our valuables and was shocked to hear others don't. Please take into consideration what I've said. Bertha and Paul know we'll be back next year. A great 5 weeks.

Brand new 2 bedroom 3 bath Condo

The condo is in a great location for visitors to Curacao who want to explore the island or just want to relax. A car is a must! The condo has a huge deck with a view of the ocean. The beach across from the complex entrance is being renovated so at present there isn’t much there but it is a nice snorkeling location. Just up the road is a great beach with full facilities and a few very good restaurants. Entrance fees are $6 to $10 US per couple and include 2 beach chairs. Paul and Bertha were great hosts and I would highly recommend staying here. TIPS: the beaches quickly change to rocks so bring water shoes, there are mosquitoe like bugs so bring bug spray and for North American visitors the condo is only wired for 220 so bring a transformer adapter for electronics that can’t run on 220. There are adapters in the unit to change the plug ins to fit 110 plugs but no transformer and we could not find one anywhere on the island.

Exceeded all expectations

The gated community was so lovely and the apartment is INCREDIBLE. We had such a nice stay, and Bertha and Paul were really great hosts. Easy communication and super friendly. The location is really nice, however you will need a car to get around, as it is located a bit away from the city life and beaches. Thanks so much!

Alles zur Zufriedenheit

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und nur zu empfehlen. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Bertha und Paul waren immer erreichbar. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls ein echter Hingucker, dank der Gärtner, die unermüdlich, manchmal aber sehr nervig, mit ihren lauten Maschinen unterwegs waren.

Safe and Clean

I want to preface everything I'm about to write by saying my husband and I owned an Airbnb in cottage country and we were superior hosts in ratings. Saying that my review is nothing I didn't say to the hosts My husband and I were staying for 3 weeks and had a great time The communtication was very good however the listing says ground floor and it is actually 2nd floor. For their building it is actually better on the 2nd floor for the beautiful view from your deck. You see over the other buildings and have a view of the ocean. This back deck is covered and nicely furnished however we couldn't eat out there because during 4pm and approx 630pm because the sun is coming in sideways on the deck and is incredibly hot. Many of the condos have pull down shades which I recommended to them. However saying this sunsets are beautiful. We kept all the doors and windows shut eliminating any breeze only because there are 3 buildings behind and beside being constructed so we wanted to eliminate the dust and noise. This is most likely why our hydro was higher. Bertha and Paul were great about picking up supplies since we were arriving late on Sunday and stores would be closing. The condo is advertised as fully equipped however we noticed immediately that there wasn't a toaster but a sandwich maker as well only had paring knives no oven mits or sizzors to open tetra packs that alot of there cream and milk come in. I also wanted to make a large batch of spaghetti meat sauce and there wasn't a pot big enough for the sauce or noodles for 4 if you had 4 people. I emailed Bertha with my request for a toaster, oven mits, knife, sizzors and pot and kutos to them Bertha brought it over. Sign of good hosts. I was told we were the only guest who cook. As I continued cooking I noticed there were no serving dishes or only 1 mixing bowl, only 1 desert/sandwich plate, no 8oz. Tumber glasses. Bertha and I had a personal conversation about this and she explained people break them. I reccomended just plain white melamine plates that way your not running out and even plastic glasses work because if you drop it won't break on the tile. My husband bought an aluminum pizza pan which we left just to through a pizza in the oven but no pans. I know some of these items were requested by Hector Pothier of Edmonton a couple of years earlier as well as a gas bbq. Other guest have commented on the beds and yes extremely hard but berta said getting new ones, hopefully a king.

Property is perfect. Location is great, close to everything. It is well secured. Everything was clean. To our surprise, cleaning of the apartment was included and done once a week. Great location, felt like we were at home

Great view, great breeze, safe/secure area, well appointed kitchen (non-stick pans actually were in great condition and worked well). We liked not having daily house keeping. We always feel it is an intrusion. Bertha and Paul did a mid-stay freshening up after the first week which was perfect.

Beautiful place Awesome sea view excellent owner

Great stay everything we needed, owner very accommodating and pleasant could not have picked a better place to stay. Close to Pirate Beach chairs for rent beach bar and food. Rented a car to tour the island. Great Curaçao experience will definitely come back.
