On the first floor, you'll have a fully equipped kitchen featuring a kitchen island, bar stools, a 7-ft dining table, and a toddler dining area. The living room includes a TV and an electric fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, there's a master ensuite with a luxurious bathtub.
Step onto the Hollywood red carpet and enter the home theater where we've installed a high-quality surround sound system, leather cinema couches, a 10-ft wide projector screen, a popcorn machine, and a pool table.
On the second floor, engage in fun activities with a basketball game set, hockey table, foosball, chess, and various arcade games, perfect for time with family and friends. This floor also houses five bedrooms, each themed after Disney classics: Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and the Beast, Star Wars, Frozen, and Boss Baby. You’ll also find delightful decorations, including Mickey Mouse, a Disney Castle, a wall painting of Raya and the Last Dragon featuring glow-in-the-dark paints, and characters from Monsters, Inc.

We will send you the entrance code and front door code one day in advance or on the check-in day, depending on whether there are guests check-out on the same day.
The cleaning team's schedule is from 10am to 4:30 pm.
If you arrive earlier and the cleaning haven’t done yet, you can leave your luggage and rest in our club house which has a gym, game room, hot spa, swimming pool, lazy river, water slides, etc. Early check-in: We will let you know one day in advance. If there is no same day check-out , you can check-in earlier.

 ♨️Private pool &Jacuzzi winter heating fee : $50 /day （$100 is the minimum purchase for the heating system offset)  Required to make a reservation 2 days in advance.
Note: The pool and jacuzzi needed 24 hours to heat up to 94- 104 Fahrenheit. We don’t recommend heating the pool in summer as the water temperature is warm enough. If you need a pool service after check-in, there’s a $75 service fee for the pool company door service.

Please Note:

1.Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, If you have more than two cars, additional street parking is available near the house. Please ensure not to block the sidewalk or fire hydrants to avoid receiving a parking ticket.
2. The quiet time is 10pm - 7am. Please adjust the music volume after 10pm to avoid complaint from the neighbours. If you receive an error message automatically sent by the software during the day, please ignore it. 

3.We frequently host big family with many children at a time, any unexpected damage could occur. If you find any damage when you arrive, please let us know at the earliest and we will fix it asap. If any damage occurs on a same-day check-in, please give us a little extra time to deal with emergencies.

4. Due to the consideration of allergic reactions, we won’t provide food. We have 啊drinking water filter and the ice maker in the refrigerator.


5.The trash bin bench located at the front door porch, all garbage must be in trash bags. if garbage not bagged will be fined by HOA.

🎬How to use the theater？
Home theater ceiling light switch is on the left wall ( When you open the door ,you will reach the switch with left hand )
Make sure the projector plug in with SMART PLUG(white cube plug).
When smart plug connected with Alexa &control software ,you can say:“Alexa,turn on theater” Then LED star ceiling and projector will turned on.
When you leave theater，
say：“Alexa，turn off theater！”
Then turn off the ceiling lights switch.
If Alexa didn’t responded ,
Home theater still working without WiFi
, projector remote control is in the red cup ( on the black bookshelf )
LED lights and star ceiling remote control are attached on the theater couch .

📺 How to use TV?
The downstairs living room TV has a Roku remote,TVs in other rooms have Spectrum Cable Box remotes. Each TV has a different HDMI signal 1/2/3, the number marked on the back of each remote.
First, turn on the TV remote, then turn on the set-top box remote.
Please DO NOT take the remote control to a different room, it will prevent other guests from turning on the TV. table need to plug in，and Adjustment on the online control . Our theater room and pool table are not big size , you may need to move the theater couch to get more space for the pool table， If you need a bigger game room with more professional arcade games，just walk to the clubhouse in our community reception center.


♨️ The average pool temperature is depends on the weather，at the summer time the pool temperature is about 78F，at the winter time is 60 F. If you need the whole pool heating up to 87F-105F,we need to call the pool company come to turn on.
The extra fee is $75 per service for two days，and $49/day for additional days .
$75 is minipurchase to offset the cost of the heater pump.
The generally increase the water 2 degrees per hour where an electric pump would increase the water 1 degree per hour.
⚠️pool heater cannot be used in temperatures less than 39 degrees Fahrenheit.

📖House rules：
You can read the house rules and the appliances instruction display on the wall or on the side table.
🚪The door code will send to you at your check-in day.You don’t need a code for entering community gate, the entrance gate will open for you when your car drive through.
⏱Early check-in:
If there is no same day check-out ,you can check-in earlier , if there is a same day check-out , you can drop your luggage and relax at the club house.
we will let you know one day in advance.
🏖Our community clubhouse with pool, water slides, lazy river, gym just few blocks away, by the entrance gate, less than 10minutes walk. The pool and jacuzzi are heated up everyday from 10am-8pm. For enter the club house, you just tell lobby the property address.
💰Additional fees:
Pet fee: $100 per stay.
Private pool winter season heating fee: $49 per day . （Required to make a reservation one day in advance）.
Notice:
