Reasonable

Stay was good. Could have had better cooking items but overall it was good. The area was a little sketchy for me but once I got inside I was pleasantly impressed. Old place but well kept and some updates. I was shocked to see a neighbor with a goat when I first arrived but my stay was good. Thanks for allowing us to use your space

Stay on a budget

It's a place to sleep if you're on a budget. The description was a bit misrepresenting. Washer and dryer are in another building. The "spa" is a shower tub with a few jets.. Super slow internet. Apartment was very clean i will give them that. The apartment does need updating. Doors missing door knobs and heater wouldn't turn on. Over all just a bit icon

A hideaway while visiting Seatlle

My daughter and I stayed at this house during our leisurely trip to Seattle. It provided everything we needed to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Home search

Came to Seattle to find a place to live while I started a new job in the area. The location was an excellent location for my job and home search. Very clean and nice.

Great location

Very clean and pet friendly. Comfortable couch and a great kitchen. Great location. Lots of good restaurants and close to grocery stores and anything else you could need. The owner had a bottle of red wine and snacks for us plus everything you could need: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, dishwashing supplies, dishwasher supplies, laundry soap (no dryer sheets), coffee filters (you will need coffee), spices and olive oil, towels. Good water pressure in the shower. Only 3 issues: ice maker doesn’t work, some of the slats are missing in the blinds for the master bedroom, and unfortunately the beds are not comfortable as they both have a groove in the middle. But these things can easily be corrected by the host. It was unusually hot while we were there but we did have 3 box fans and the windows opened easily. All-in-all a positive experience that worked out well for us.

Nice property close to airport and reasonable distance from downtown

Property was as described, two very nice size bedrooms and a bath upstairs and living room, kitchen and half bath downstairs. About a 10-15 minute drive to airport, and about a 25 minute Uber/Lyft to downtown. The bus is also easy to use but takes about an hour to get downtown. Our host was very responsive, and check in / check out was easy and quick. We would stay here again if we return to Seattle.

Burien for the Blue Jays!

This was a really good place for 2 Canadian couples to stay for a weekend of watching the Blue Jays! It was easy to find once we realized that it was in the inner courtyard of 3 townhouse buildings. The one assigned parking space was a little too tight for the long doors of our sport cars, but street parking was just fine. It was within walking distance of many dining choices and was super easy to catch an Uber to the games. Our only concerns were that there were a few maintenance issues (broken trim on a living room chair and bent/broken legs on one dining room chair, as well as a broken bathroom sink drain on the main level and a missing screen in one bedroom.). Communication with the owner was superb and overall it was a perfectly comfy space for us!

Convenient location

Place was pretty much as advertised. Would have appreciated more communication from host. I had to ask for the door code because I never got it despite being past check-in time. And there were no instructions really on how to find the unit. It's in a condo complex and not visible from the road at all. Place was really clean, lots of household products which was nice like fully stocked kitchen cabinets. Overall I would stay here again if needed. Very conveniently located by the airport but if you want to go into the city it might be a bit of traffic in your way during peak times. But going out later in the evening it was only a 20 minute drive. No real checkout instructions either though so I was confused on how to leave the place.

Decent stay

It suited most of our needs. It was close to my in laws house. The cleanliness was okay. There was a yellow spot on the wall in the first bedroom, possibly from an animal? Some of the dishes were dirty from the cupboard. I booked this mainly for the jacuzzi tub, but it was plain nasty. I would suggest some type of non-slip type surface for the tub. There is a mesh baby gate at the bottom of the stairs, but i would also suggest maybe getting another for the top of the stairs as well. Would i stay here again? Maybe.

Lovley place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the location was close to everything we needed. Not too far from the airport, close to Seahurst park and grocery stores as well as places to eat. The townhouse is beautiful and the host was very responsive and nice!

Liked the rooms. Would recommend getting a hide a bed couch. Hard for grown people to sleep on the couch.
