Great Place

Home was very clean & in a quiet neighborhood. Shopping & restaurants were within close range. Vince was great and communicated very well with me. I would definitely book this place again!

Excellent location and property manager 2 stay.

We were so happy to see Vince property listed on vrbo! We stayed here before works great for 3 senior adults 60 67 90! All on one level. Amazing kitchen amenities! Hope to use property again for gals getaway 3 beds and 3 bedrooms. Perfect!

Trip to Seattle

Very clean, close to airport. Large common space,wish it had more seating in living room. Great kitchen with most of the things you might need including kurig and coffee. Quiet neighborhood.

Excellent property

When we first arrived, we had some reservations about the neighborhood, but the host was quick to assure us that the area was safe. the house is very well laid out, and was spotlessly clean. Beds were great and all the amenities worked. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a perfect vacation. John

I really wanted to give this property 5 stars...but,

The Pros: Really clean and in good shape. The beds were clean and comfy. The host was good with responding to our questions. The Cons: this house is right under SeaTac's approach. Every 2 minutes a jet roars by a few hundred feet above. One of the shower controls was broken so 5 of us had to share one shower. It would have been good if the host had offered to send someone over to fix it. Our last night, we had the excitement of hearing about a dozen gunshots very close to the house. That had everyone wide awake! The neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Cute Rental

This was a nice home on a location close to where we needed to be (Lumen Field). It's a little hard to find but we were given good directions. The host was great to deal with. We would stay here again if we return to Seattle.

A hidden gem!

Very convenient location - not far from Westfield Mall, SeaTac airport and freeways/highways going N, S, E or W to downtown Seattle, Renton, Bellevue and Muckleshoot casino in Auburn. The home was very clean and spacious with extra parking spaces for visitors. It also had all the bathroom, laundry room and kitchen amenities we needed. The KEURIG coffee machine was a plus. The beds were very comfortable. the heating and cooling equipment were easy to regulate. The owner was very accommodating and responded promptly to any questions we had.

Seattle review

The parking was ample and convenient. We received accurate and helpful instructions for access to door, Wi-Fi, etc. The attached bathroom wasn’t in the primary bedroom, so that was a little strange. The largest bath was awkwardly located off the laundry room/kitchen, not convenient from bedrooms. The kitchen was a little frustrating- not enough cookware (no baking dishes or serving utensils). Pretty bare bones- less than half a roll of paper towel, almost no dish or hand soap, and only one trash bag. Also no garbage disposal so we had to carefully scrape food off in garbage before rinsing loading. Not enough blankets on beds. Thermostat was fixed, so we couldn’t adjust as needed. Overall comfortable but a few problems that made it less than a 5 star experience

Schönes Haus, die City von Seattle ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Das Haus ist gut für eine Familie mit fünf Leuten geeignet. Es wurde saniert und es ist gut eingerichtet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Küche ist groß. Es wäre gut, wenn ein Toaster vorhanden wäre. Die Flugzeuge zum Flughafen Seattle Tacoma fliegen direkt über das Haus. Im Haus waren noch viele Hundehaare (Betten, Couch). Für Allergiker nicht geeignet.
