This beautiful dog-friendly home is located right in the heart of downtown Bentonville, which means you are within walking and short biking/driving distance from some of the most amazing restaurants and shops in town.

The back patio is set up for rejuvenating in the private hot tub in the evenings or enjoying your morning cup of coffee. There is a picnic table that is perfect for alfresco dining and a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues. When the sun sets, throw some logs into the firepit and gather around it for some storytelling.

Inside, the home boasts a beautifully designed open floor plan that creates the perfect atmosphere for entertaining your group. The kitchen is spacious and open, offering the cook of the group a wonderful place to work and create culinary masterpieces. Equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops, cooking here will be a breeze! When mealtime is over, the living room awaits with comfortable furniture and a large TV for your entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, this home also features a game room, complete with inviting sofas and chairs, a large TV, a Ping-Pong table, a Murphy bed, and a wet bar with a sink and a small popcorn machine.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
