* GAS GRILL: An exclusive gas grill is available for your use on the upstairs patio.

DOWNSTAIRS:
*BEDROOM 4: King bed
*BEDROOM 5: Full-over-full bed

* BATHROOM 3: hallway bathroom
* DOWNSTAIRS PATIO: A dedicated gas grill is provided for your enjoyment on the downstairs patio.

PETS: Pets are welcome, we allow pets at the property and there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit.


✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the entire home. Long-term stays are allowed.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the driveway. Extra street parking spaces are available nearby.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in every bedroom.
✹ Bike storage is securely provided in the laundry area downstairs. We're also planning to install more bike racks soon on the covered front porch!

✹ Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 4PM, and check-out time is at 10AM. Please adhere to these times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.
✹Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors and fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM
✹ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
✹ Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourselves. Dishwashing supplies are provided.
✹ Guest Limit: The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
✹ Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Report any issues immediately upon realizing the problem.
✹ Respect for Property: Treat our home with respect and care, as if it were your own.
✹ Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes with non-registered guests.
